I GOT THREE STAINLESS CEILING LIGHTS FOR $30.00, YAHOO!

Selective Business Hours.
We arrived at 4:55pm and the Store was closed. The store is suppose to close at 6pm.
We see people inside so we call the store. We see the person pick up the phone through the window. She tells us that the store closed at 5pm, phone call went out at 4:57pm.
Crazy how people treat potential customers. This is why Amazon will destroy small Businesses.

Century Lighting is a fun place to shop. They have displays of everything lighting imaginable. What we like most is their fantastic customer service and the high quality products they have to offer. Century Lighting is the one-stop shop to take care of all our lighting needs.

Great selection and service. Not the first experience here and that's why we came back.

What a disaster! Everyone there was quiting and not willing to help. By our third associate we finally found someone who was going to stick around long enough to handle our large order.

We still have 5 things ordered wrong and everything was clear on a shared google sheet with links.

Then the overcharged us on multiple items. Glad I checked which was especially difficult as their invoices don t label things clearly.

They they forgot a large part of the order and it got delayed.

Then everything was delivered to our new build and turns out they forgot a light.

Just do yourself a favor and order things online, turns out to be way cheaper and way fewer headaches.

Century Lighting Center is an AMAZING store! I just ordered several items of Uttermost from them to redecorate my entry and they look great! (I ordered the shelf, chair, clock, gears and pine cone stick pinnacles, phonograph, and topiary trees). Quality and service are top notch! Thanks for the great deal! I can't wait to get my 40" round gold mirror hung to the left of the shelf and above the chair.

I also love my black with white milk glass Minka lighting fixtures that are spot on!

We have shopped at Century for years, but have seen how you treat your sales people. We wont be back.

My mom had me drive her here for their shandlier sale. With a very Merrry Christmas we all will see as little better this year. After it was installed my mother noticed two bulbs were not working the replaced them for her with no trouble at all. It gorgeous great taste low price

It's on a one way street but it's more than worth the trip. Prices were less than you'd see anywhere. Definitely, we are going back.

Great help from Teresa and Megan. They went the extra mile to get me the ceiling fan and accessories I wanted. The store has lighting that is good quality and a fair price.

Camille Kearl was the most patient and welcoming sales agent there. She took her time to really listen to our needs and helped us in choosing our future house lighting fixtures. She gave us plenty of options that fit well into our budget. We had a great experience. Definitely recommend this place.

Not many of these full service lighting centers left and this is one of them. They have excellent selection of lighting and can order if you want. The staff is specialized in lighting and that is all they do.

Found the perfect light and the service is amazing!

Century lighting makes it hard to support local businesses. We were considering replacing two fans in our house and shopped Century lighting. They didn t have the fans we selected in stock but we were told they would be in the following week. Ok no problem we bought the fans and waited for a call to let us know when they arrived. After 2 weeks we heard nothing. My wife called in the morning, no answer had to leave a message no call back in 6 hours so I went to the store. I was told one of the fans were there but the other was back ordered and they would have to call to find out when it would arrive. Since they wouldn t call me when this fan arrives either I canceled the order. I see where other reviewers also complained about their communication. Not what I consider acceptable customer service especially from a local business. Also they never thought to apologize or acknowledge their shortcomings in customer service so I will assume this is their norm. I guess it s better to buy online than from Century lighting. Unfortunately I would not recommend buying from Century lighting.

Megan and Teresa did a great job helping us find the perfect ceiling fan when we needed it quick. They saved us a lot of money and time. We loved the service we got.

Terrible service. 0 attention to detail. Workers were grumpy and mean to what seemed like co workers. They give a discount for a 5 star review which is illegal and shows poor character. And the owners are very secretive and secluded and post reviews on their own google profiles. It took almost 2 months for 2 sconces and a small chandelier to come in and when I received them the boxes were crushed and gross. Wouldn t recommend buying from them, about time they shut down

Century lightning has a great selection of fixtures. They have everything and anything that you would want and if they don't have it they will get it for you.

Century lighting has a helpful staff and a wide variety of lighting choices. I am happy with what I was able to find, and will definitely come again in the future.

Biggest selection of every light imaginable. The ladies gave us immediate attention and answered all of our questions. We were building a home and they offered free delivery! Each box arrived with individual labels attached and they were neatly placed in our front garage. We were short one light bulb and this was immediately corrected.

My husband and I would recommend this establishment for anyone looking for one light or needing a house full of lights!

Picked up 3 vanities, and a ceiling fan for our new home here. Great quality products, and a helpful staff. Definitely would reccomend checking them out for any fixture needs.

The salesman figured out what i liked quickly and looked me to ones i loved! Tons of beautiful styles. Very knowledgable about styles and light colors etc.

We love Century Lighting. Such beautiful options of lights. We have used them multiple times when building and have always had comments on our beautiful lighting fixtures.

UPDATE: the managers reached out to us within an hour of my post and made things right with us.

Century lighting has a great selection and if they don't have what you're looking for they will pull out the catalogs and see if they can help. Our problem is that we ordered a fan and were told it would be here within a certain time period. When the end of that period came and I hadn't gotten a call, I called them. The man who took my call said he'd call and find out and then call me back. I never got a call back. I allowed 24 hours and then called again and was told that they didn't know what was going on but they would call in the morning (because the supplier was already closed) and call me back before noon. They didn't call back and I had to call them only to find out that it had been backordered and would be another week before it came in. It's been a week and I had to call to find out it was here.

Went in and was helped promptly and they had solutions to my problem. Thanks!

We have worked with Century Lighting since approximately 2002. We are just homeowners, not a business, but we used them for lighting when we remodeled our first home. We returned when we built our current home in 2007, and we used them again when we restored my grandparents' home in 2017 & 2018. We are now finishing our basement and there isn't another place we'd go. We live in Cache County and for us, Century Lighting is an hour drive each way, but it's worth the drive. All of the associates are great, but Sue will remember you by name. Highly, highly recommend. Great service that's so appreciated.
