Be leary of this company, we used there services for advertising with no results poor customer service, in the midst of trying to resolve these issues, The owner of N2 publishing Earl Seals contracted our company to work at his personal property once the project started he tried to bully his way for special treatment because of his status, demanded us moving him in front of other customers scheduled before his project, all with the threats of his money and power if we did not comply. We have since terminated our advertising and all work relationships.
Randy Daly an area director for your company is very rude and disrespectful. We will no longer consider because of him and his actions.
Proceed with caution; look up this company, lawsuits and class action law suits.
I paid them over $5000 for advertising, that got me nothing. They make it seem like they re hyper local magazine that s going to be good for the community, not the experience at all.
You cannot get out the their contract; I closed my business and they sent my contract to collections. I never imagined this would happen. HUGE learning experience and puts a bad taste in your mouth for these types of businesses.
Leigh Ann Paugh does a fantastic job with our Inside the Gates publication. She's deeply involved with the community and genuinely cares about the families and residents of Chateau Elan. It's reflected each month in the magazine.
