Went in for two job interviews and a tour afterwards, a few years back. Thinking I had the job after that, but they never contacted me back afterwards, even after repeated calls. I can see why they are always hiring, if this is how they treat people.
Great company just recently started there in the shipping department and I love the atmosphere and my supervisor Kevin and Chris is great as well as my new lead Mitch and the quality of the product the company makes ., they really make sure that the costumers is they top priority giving them the BEST product..
Hope the HR department takes some time to develop better policy and procedures regarding employee conduct while at work. There should also be a review of after hour contacts... Because being transferred to California is unhelpful and leaving a voicemail to be addressed in the morning isn't always the best option either when dealing with urgent matters outside the norm 9-5 hrs.
