I would never do business with them. Sarah the property manager should be fired for her lack of customer service. I called to inquire about one of the properties and I was rudely told thanks for calling and hung up on without receiving any valuable information. Stay away from this property management company and Sarah!!

We had a water heater leak in our suite over Thanksgiving holiday at Greenville Medical Tower. The Property Manager and employees were able to handle the situation even though it was a holiday saving us from considerable damage to our office and equipment. We always appreciate the prompt responses to any of our questions. Eric, Joe and Charles are a wonderful group of men who help make sure you are greeted with a friendly smile and take care of all building maintenance and security concerns. We were very thankful for the help over the break and prompted to write a review for Jetall's great customer service.

This company is the worst , DO NOT lease from them.
We have a suite in 2401 Fountain View and I am not exaggerating when I say its been 8 months and they still cannot fix basic issues we have brought to their attention. They are extremely unproffesional, don't follow up and could care less about any tenant in this building. No matter how low they offer per sq ft price don't do it. It will harm your business and give you only headaches . This location is poorly maintained there are cracked tiles in the elevator , the garage elevator makes a very loud noise (extremely frightening) ( for a year now by the way) , the front entrance is poorly maintained, there are cockroaches in the suite, there is no management office in the building, the tap water has an awful order , our cabinets are broken, our door strip seal is broken too , the elevator floor buttons aren't working, two out of 4 elevators are out of service unit July 2016 . I can go on and on, I hope this post will help other companies, I sure wish someone would have told me how dreadful this building is.
They building is very clean as well as the gym facility and the equipment there is very sanitized and there s always parking and the staff there is great as well they made me feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this place100%
Jetall's team of professionals have been true partners in assisting us in our new office home. We thoroughly enjoy the building amenities and friendly staff. Definitely recommend leasing at one of their properties.

I would like to thank Jet All for allowing INCREDIBLY LOUD construction to be done during business hours. Throughout the business day, we are graced with loud hammering, drilling and extremely loud crashes. Not only is this causing numerous headaches from my colleagues, but it makes it incredibly difficult to have phone conversations with clients...and is quite embarrassing during meetings. If you want your business disrupted, go ahead and get into business with Jet All. They DO NOT CARE when you bring matters like this to their attention. Oh and if they try and sell you the "renovated designs" displayed on the ground floor, be warned. They have already deviated from the initial design and its apparent what has already been done is quite shoddy. The elevators are in such terrible shape that numerous people have been stuck in them, myself included. Finally, they enjoy putting stickers on your vehicles if they believe you have parked in guest parking. That's right. They actually place stickers on cars and love making people remove them with massive amounts of Goo Gone. STAY AWAY FROM JET ALL.
Awsome place, very clean and professional, i think it's great that I can feel safe with the service provided, super friendly staff no question was left unanswered. 100% recommend, thanks guys for making it so easy for me, glad to know people still take pride in their work. Thanks!

I have been a tenant for a little over 5 years. It has been a great experience. Whenever I have needed their assistance they have been very responsive. I would highly recommend Jetall Companies as a great landlord.
The management team at Jetall is extremely responsive and courteous. Julia, Sarah and the whole Jetall team go above and beyond on a daily basis to ensure tenant satisfaction. The recent renovations are a great improvement to the building which makes for a very nice place to work. Great job!
Slum lords, but atleast the building is 80% vacant which allows for ample parking. There are no common area trash cans because the building itself is the worlds largest trash can.
I'm with the tenant Uptown Fitness Houston, and we have had a great experience with the Jetall management team. Keep up the good work! Anyone looking to do business with Jetall Companies know that you are in good hands.
The old property management company would send the the maintenance men to fix issues when we had them but since JetAll has taken over they say they will be right up and never show up. Once they finally come days later... They say they have to get parts and then never come back.
I contacted Jetall Companies in reference to renting an office space. Property Management and Leasing worked together to show me different spaces in their portfolio; all great locations eg. Memorial Park and Uptown. I highly recommend Jetall Companies for office space.
Jet All seems to have an issue with turning the heat on for its tenants. After several requests and weeks later, we're still sitting in an office around 45 degrees. Thanks Jet All!

I went to visit Champion Real Estate School the building is very clean and modern; modernized elevators. There is no parking fee!! Management doing a good job maintaining this building.
