Parking here is problem otherwise excellent for commercial offices.

Cleanliness and food court need a reboot. A good part of the food court contractor is to keep the place live via quotes and charts which are interesting to read.

Old building with lot of brands having their corporate house here. But overall building is at least 15 years old and hence really needs redo to remain in competition with the buildings coming up on the same road.

Office and security staff is good but parking lot is really worst. Sometimes hard to find parking space.

The location is one of the Prime in Ahmedabad but facilities are quite old fashioned!!!

It has Harley Davidson's showroom besides it and the city highway in front, it's good view of city lights.

Old building, parking issues avoid during rainy days

I am not very much aware about this building But i can say that this place is very causy ,not a wide space and surrounded by so many huge buildings ...but near that you find some coffeshop and eatery shop

Very wide & clean area. Parking available. MNC companies, who can provide job also. Breakfast food available.

Providing most secure process in country, don't have any smart way for visitor management system, still using manual entry. too crowded waiting room.

A upscale business area with less facility. Surprisingly pay parking with zero facility is available. Grand Bhagwan and several car dealers nearby.

Business area with good business security. Add more 5 min for back up as you have to wait for elavator and 5 min for parking. Beside grand bhagwati, on sg highway good location.

The house name can be seen remotely on the terrace.
