Always a pleasure sleeping here, a very sensual place

Is a very nice hotel. They have nice rooms and a tasty buffet.

Prices are reasonable, the rooms are beautiful staff is very friendly the food is fresh and very good in taste. Will be our permanent place to book at in PA.

Food is superb- am sure they have top chefs. Management has a listening ear and quickly responds to complaints. Uh! paintings are to die for, warm reception, just need to upgrade a showers. Enjoyed my stay.

Went down for the university boat races. Accommodation was relatively nice. The hot breakfast was late to be served which was unfortunate since we had to leave to catch a plane and couldn't enjoy our food. Despite the staff being in training, we did expect more professional client service. The coffee service in the dining room is incredibly noisy, disturbing mealtime conversation.

Beautiful rooms , neat and well located along the Marina

Had a nice stay, enjoyed the restaurant, friendly staff and good food. Had lovely coctails next to the river. Beautiful view of the river from our suit.

The meeting facilities are good, and the service exceptional

Staff friendly yet had no historical knowledge of the hotel. The room was adequate, however the noise from reception could be heard as well as knocks, laughter and loud talking from surrounding rooms. Breakfast was cold and sent back, but staff did sort it out and were very helpful. Spa treatment menu in rooms, and was recommended as something to do on a rainy day, but the actual spa is in the mall, which you'd have to drive to. Doesn't make any sense to offer it. Rather have a separate "Sites to see/ Things to do in Port Alfred list"

Comfortable with all that you really need in a hotel.

Food ordered was totally different to description on menu!

Definitely top on my list of places to stay when I visit Port Alfred again. Right by the river, with a riverside terrace for dining and jist relaxing. Looks well kept and maintained too!

Lovely hotel.
Good location. Walking distance to shops and you could probably walk to the beach from it too!

Lovely suite overlooking river. Shower design needs changing.... comes from ceiling and all over bathroom floor!

Beautiful, tranquil space. Perfect for a quiet,quick getaway.
