Best Cob Salad I ve had. Very friendly. Wish I had found this place earlier in my stay.

Went here shortly after they had opened and was very happy with the service and food. I had a salad and it was very fresh and filling, not over dressed. My husband had a burger and curly fries and they were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The owners were very attentive and friendly. Would definitely go back

Chicken sandwich was great. Casual ambiance but friendly staff.

Never do this. Truly atrocious experience. Lifelong vegetarian, found a piece of meat in what was supposed to be a vegetarian omelet not just once but even a second time. Not acceptable to make this mistake once but did it twice. Owner barely did anything to make it right. Appalling

The New Spot On Polk is absolutely delicious! My girlfriend, friends, and I will definitely be back.

Stopped in and had brunch. Service was great. I had bacon and eggs. The bacon was delicious but my potatoes were a bit under cooked. I would eat there again.

First time here and the service was great. Luann was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is small but quaint. Regulars rolled in and we know why. The coffee and OJ were excellent. Montecristo was amazing! Huge portions. Kids shared a full stack of pancakes. Avocado Toast was perfect for a light but hearty breakfast. Definitely will come back for the food and the service!

Proper diner. Great burger & beer - just what I needed after a MTB trip around the Repack trails of Fairfax, Marin.

Seriously the best diner I've ever been to with the kindest staff. We had breakfast yesterday and our waitress not only knew the name of the trash guy (John) but also went to grab him a cup of coffee. This place truly understands community and takes care of its own. I love the food as we'll - I get the huevos rancheros and fries. The coffee is also good and they have almond milk!

It took awhile for us to get our food. I got the Denver skillet and it was okay. It was a little on the bland side and a lot of my pieces of bacon were burnt. The iced caramel macchiato was pretty good though

I also ordered the roti prata with curry dipping sauce, the curry is very delicious. When I was watching the waitress giving my order, I was in a hurry to taste it for it was mouth-watering. If you want the one without the curry they have a vegetarian option for this. It's just called roti prata. The roti is good, I really enjoyed it.

Buffalo chicken sandwich was so good! From the outside you would never guess that this place it's delicious! I definitely recommend this place for dinner or lunch.

The place is well lit and nicely done in the 50s stark white counter, like Johnny Rockets, if you know it. $4 fries were overdone. Server was pleasant but it took so long to get the fries, I should have known. I didn't get any meat which is their claim to fame. Prices are very high, imo. I won't be going back again.

Dinner comfortable and warm. Comfortable benches. Polk Street is well served by bus and quite busy. We eat good American breakfasts (pancakes and french toasts etc ...) and the dishes (soups salads burgers) are cooked on site. Excellent soup of the day.
All at a very reasonable price.

The South of the Border skillet was delicious, and portion was large enough for two meals. However, for the wait, I would probably opt to go elsewhere or put myself on the waitlist from home via Yelp. When my party of two put our names on the list onsite, we we're told it was about a 15 minute wait. However, we were not seated for nearly an hour. Service was friendly, though it did take a couple of tries to get the check.

Excellent! I recommend the chicken fried steak for breakfast. The gravy is made with Italian sausage and has great flavor. This is a must stop when you're in the area.

Really enjoyed coming here! Came with my whole family and were greeted with warm smiles. The service was good and the food did not take long. We had had a long day of traveling and needed some great food to finish off the day. I ordered the black and blue burger and the side of vegetable soup. Super tasty and all members enjoyed their meal! The bbq bacon burger was ordered twice at our table and that looked smashing with huge onion rings! Nevertheless the pricing was reasonable and serving sizes were good. Overall a nice meal and in a great location. Will definitely come back!

I got a smoked salmon sandwich, very good. Food selection is solid. Service just okay, server brought one person at our table the completely wrong beer.

Nice, clean quiet place. Had the combo breakfast. Consider it like Denny's on steroids and much better. Tasty bacon, and huge thick pancakes with maple butter (best to ask for extra) and smooth maple (real) syrup. The coffee was a bold flavorful organic Peruvian blend. Well worth the visit.

We came here after going to Alcatraz and this brunch spot is awesome. We ordered a skillet and although the skillet was very heavy on the potatoes, it was still absolutely delicious. If you have a chance read the story about this place as well because it's got a good history. The food was great, the stuff was great and I would definitely come back

I love it!!!!!! Not much else to say. If you're on the waterfront and want to sit down for some yummy fish and clam chowder, Give it a try. Love the environment and the staff.

One of the best spots of its kind in the area. The staff was helpful and kind. Food is similar to a place in San Francisco I loved.

Making reservations are available, I went with a few of my friends. I had a great service besides the food. More specifically we loved the burger because of its amazing organic taste and healthy chicken tastes.

Awesome food and awesome service! Our waitress stopped by frequently to make sure our coffee and water were topped off and see if we needed anything. The food was great and came out quickly. Highly recommend!!

This little diner is a great spot for anytime of the day. We were there for lunch and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing. The kids had pancakes and we had sandwiches and burgers. All of it smelled and tasted amazing. The wait staff was super friendly but not pushy or intrusive. The atmosphere was laid back and calm. There were a few business meetings, a few people on their laptops and various groups of friends. Would highly recommend stopping here and trying it out.

This place is very friendly, accommodating, patient, we had a group of 28 and they did an amazing job with us.. I highly recommend this place.. I WILL BE BACK!!

Food is delicious and service is prompt! I'm giving 3 stars due to the cappuccino machine being down couldnt get a latte and the bathroom is in need of updating.

We heading out for an early bike ride but wanted to eat breakfast with the family before heading out. I Lucked out and found this place on the way to Crissy fields. Parking was on the street and was ok to find since it was still early in the morning on a weekday. Placed an order at the doorway and waited for about 15 mins before all the goodies came out. The service and hospitality even with covid guidelines was phenomenal. The food was amazing! I can only imagine how much better it would be if we ate it there instead of taking it to go. I can't wait till things get back to normal. I ordered the monte cristo. Everyone else ordered a country fried steak, waffles, and pancakes. I tried everything and was impressed with the taste and portion sizes. Potatoes were cooked perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to go back here for breakfast ever, i will be returning soon.

Nice corner neighborhood spot in a nice clean area. I drive all the way from Daly city to get their breakfast sandwich with avocado.
