I want to give a big shout out for Renee in the Physical Therapy Department. I have only had a couple visits with her. She is teaching me new techniques to help my Lumbar pain. It is alot of helpful information. She is a hands on therapist. She shows me the different exercises, then I do them with her help. Thanks again Renee!!!

I have seen both Dr. Erhardt and Dr. Johnson recently for chronic headaches. They found the cause and are pursuing a solution with me. They both are amazingly responsive to my health needs and excellent listeners. Their nurses Kathy and Angela are also very caring and professional. So thankful for all of them!

They quickly provided me with non narcotic and non daily based treatments for my headaches. Very pleasant and positive doctors. Felt believed!

My mother was here for surgery and got great care the entire time. The staff was friendly, eager to help with whatever she needed. The doctors and nurses did a great job communicating the process she would be going through and answered all questions without making us feel rushed. We had a great experience with this hospital. The only thing I would change is the cafeteria food.

Absolutely everyone we came in contact with, we're caring and considerate .

If you suffer from any debilitating neurological pain, don't worry! They'll make a note of it and file it away in the garbage bin.

I am so grateful to have been seen so quickly, the polite and helpful. The test I experienced was done quickly, and I was informed about what happens next. Also, we really appreciated the Valet!

We are so grateful my husband was able to get an appointment with Dr Pickut. It has made a huge difference for him. All who are involved in his treatment/therapy have been wonderful! Highly recommend the Hauenstein Center.

Many times I find this place to be very slow and inconsistent. I'm confused.

I simply cannot put in words how disappointing my experience with this office was. I was referred to Paige Barber for a 2nd opinion on a neck issue I have been fighting for almost two years now. On the day of my appointment I leave work early to fight the construction traffic for a 30 minute drive to this office. I arrive and the one good thing is there was plenty of parking close to the building. I walk in to a line at the elevator so I walk the 3 floors up to the office where I wait my turn at the front desk. When it is my turn the receptionist asks if I brought my paperwork, I respond that I did not receive any paper work. She walks off to talk to the doctor and comes back and says that we need to reschedule. Turns out according to the receptionist the amount of time between when I scheduled and my appointment was not long enough to get the paperwork to me. So I reschedule my appointment and the best they can do is 40+ days out. Right when you think it can't get worse when I arrived back at work I called to cancel my appointment because I am not feeling confident about this office, I navigate the menus and after a short wait a woman greets me with a hello and the office name I wait a short moment to make sure that she is done talking and right as I am telling her my name the phone hangs up! She actually hung up the phone as I was talking. I would definitely never recommend this office nor will I be back at any time. I am just hoping I can actually reach someone and cancel the appointment I have.

Apparently all of their patients are unresponsive to pain prevention treatments and aren't controlled. My last visit my concerns were ignored which was really bad since I actually have abnormal MRI which would have been caught had my symptoms not been blown off. And even though NOTHING has changed I still have to wait MONTHS for a new patient appointment. This office will NOT fill out ANY paperwork for you so I'd go elsewhere if you suspect it will be needed at a later date FYI. If I'm going to wait months for a new patient appointment I will be taking myself elsewhere to an office that actually deserves my business.

I arrived with L4 & L5 compression issues and Dr. Luders was able to diagnose and rectify my issues, making it comfortable to engage in recreational activities once again. Many thanks for the support!

Office & docs normally do well.
However, last visit was cancelled and I was not notified until I showed up at the office for the appointment. Nothing in MyChart, telephone or e-mail advised of the cancellation. No excuse for a medical organization to function this way.
We'll see how things go moving forward.

After waiting months to get an appointment,. they literally said " We're not sure why you are here" then took my BP and wondered why it was so high. Overheard complaining and whining about why a patient was in the office just to find out it was probably me. Worst experience ever.

I would never recommend or return. When an MRI revealed a cerebral aneurysm, I was referred here. Upon my first appointment, the Doctor terrified me with all the death and disabling statistics that come with a rupture. He pushed for treatment, and I agreed. He attempted to coil the anuersym, but failed. After the procedure, he came into my room and said I "could live with it" and I never heard from the office again. I was left confused, horrified, and with many questions.
