Mylako recently took over the management of my building and I've since been delighted that they did.m! Great to see the building being run properly. Could not recommend them more.

i started to search around just how to go about doing the process myself and save a few shillings - forget it, I quickly discoovered it's a minefield and my nerves couldnt take anymore! I needed someone to take on my mounting headache and with confidence i can now thoroughly recommend Mylako. Passed on my info and left the rest to them. Excellent service and worth every penny!

I have recently used Mylako Ltd for a probate valuation. Jake has been great throughout, very responsive and very helpful. The surveyor used was a great chap too. I would highly recommend them. Great service, cheaper than all quotes I had received and really made the task seamless and quick during upsetting and difficult times. Keep up the fab work!

Mylako went the extra mile for me when the flat above had a major water leak into my kitchen and bedroom. Mylako used their brilliant workmen to put the damage right by re-decorating both rooms. I had been dreading the hassle - but they made it hassle-free. :)

These slums lords will be sure to only enforce your rental agreement in their favour. Eli in particular makes a point to condescend and will never spend a hay penny more than required on any job. Good luck if you have plumbing issues, which you will!

I stupidly locked myself out and even on a Saturday morning - Eli was in touch with me and found a solution to get a spare set of keys in 10 minutes! Lovely people and an extremely professional service.

The most disturbing thing that occurred, was an email I received from Marcela. It was a tenant application. The application she sent me was already filled out with private and confidential information from 3 of their tenants, the landlord, employer, references and the guarantor. This is very unprofessional and a serious violation of GDPR. I would stay away from this company if you want your personal information to remain unbreeched. Proper authorities have been notified.

DISGRACEFUL COMPANY.. THEY WITHOLD INFORMATION ON A NEW TENANTS CREDIT CHECK AND REFERENCE CHECK JUST TO SEE HOW AGGRESSIVE THE TENANT IS AND IF THAT TENAT CONSTANTLY REQUESTS INFORMATION THEN THEY REJECT THE TENANT. TOTALLY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY

After calling several different valuators to get quotes around North London, Mylako made me feel very comfortable and were the best value. I've had an excellent experience with Eli. Tried to rob my friends blind with extautionate additional costs when you move out. Then when my friends challenged the costs, Mylako added further costs, to pressure my friends to accept the initial unfair charges. It was taken to a tribunal where all additional costs, bar one item (which my friends had accepted prior to the tribunal), were dismissed!
Watch out with crooks like these people around! Nice when you move in, stab you in the back when you move out!

I have been liaising with Eli at Mylako over the lease extension valuation and negotiation over the past few months. the service (especially during COVID) has been nothing short of exceptional, and the expertise and professionalism is absolutely fantastic. I feel very comfortable knowing I have Eli and Mylako fighting my corner. I would of course highly recommend.

Mylako has been the managing agent for our street (16 residences) for the last 4 years and I have dealt with them on a number of issues during that time (property damage, communal works, accounts/service charge budgets) and have found them to be excellent in all dealings with them. Some of the issues were far from straightforward to manage and involved dealing with multiple parties, including residents, local councils and contractors, and Mylako have always managed these issues with the utmost timeliness and professionalism, keeping all parties informed at all times. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for a managing agent.

Similar to another review below our building used to be managed by Stretton s who were horrendous to deal with. We (three long leaseholders) arranged with the freeholder to switch to Mylako and the difference in service couldn t have been more pronounced!

We have used Mylako for several years as Management Agent for our building containing 6 flats and a commercial premises. We switched to them after going a few years with two awful and ineffective agents. They have turned out to be super! We have had many issues with the freeholder and they helped us resolve the issues which the previous agents could not. Our contact there Eli is extremely knowledgeable about all property matters ranging from legal issues to construction issues to maintenance issues. If he does not know he finds out and comes back to us with options and recommendations. They are also great on the day to day maintenance issues. They are very proactive coming to us for example if the they believe the cleaning company is not performing well. They reply to every email, phone call and deal with any item we bring up no matter how small. This is the best management agent we have ever used in our 20 years dealing with property.

I am a self employed gas engineer who has been working with mylako for approximately 20yrs. I find them highly efficient & they work in a very professional way. They are very friendly & invoices I send them are always paid very quickly. I would highly recommend anybody who would like to work for them in the future as they are a pleasure to work for. 20 years of working for them says it all.

I have been tenant at one of the properties, aside from everything being great I really wanted to sum up my experience with Eli from the management as I'm blown away with his level of professionalism, proactivity and the level of approachability. Since day one communication was smooth and fast. I had to move out much earlier than expected and Eli handled everything above and beyond in this process.

They seem to really know their stuff and have been a great help with the building. Professional, punctual and pleasant staff are a pleasure to deal with.
