I've used Gengo a couple of times for when I needed English-Japanese translation. The website experience, rates, communication, and of course final translation all exceeded my expectations.

Gengo is excellent, straight forward to use, very fast and great results. We've been using them for years for anything from quickly translating an email to copy for our website.

One of way too many bottom feeders on the translation market paying their translators pitiful "standard" rates and barely acceptable "Pro" rates. Translations are being randomly evaluated by "senior translators" who can and will abuse their power to give you a bad rating, with an extremely convoluted system of having those reviews re-evaluated.
If you are a translation customer, be warned: You get EXACTLY what you pay for, especially when ordering "standard" jobs.

An early adopter of their service, really found it invaluable when needing to offer your service or website in other languages. Definitely worth checking out if you need to make your site ready for other countries.
