Tuition is $ 22 Grand . Half way through the course they let you know you should expect to make $11 to $ 15 dollars an hour in your first IT job.. Twenty two grand to make $ 11 dollars an hr. It is all based on how many of the certifications that your can obtain. The class certification average was just over 1 per student . Eight certifications are offered. They fail to tell you those certifications are extremely hard to obtain with no computer experience. The normal way is to work in the industry then get a certification. So unless you have an amazing amount of spare time to study. I would find a better way to waste $22,000 dollars. I signed up to better myself and now have more debt. In my opinion, the only thing they are good at is getting the federal financial aid. In a class of 74 students about 10 folks had success. Please just do a lot of research before committing. Joining MCC has been a huge regret for me

This school teaches you things from the 80s. Classes are packed and jargon is weird. I really wish they'd have on campus physical classes instead of cramming 100s of people in one group with 2 teachers. I could not learn that way

This has been a great experience. The teachers are great and willing to help in any way they can. You are assigned mentors who work along the teachers that are with you each steps of the way. My hat off to the entire team. The include the Admin team, the Career counselors, the teachers, the mentors and my peers.

As a former student of MyComputerCareer It tech training school, I would like to give my honest assessment of their method of teaching students what they need to know to begin a career or enhance their current career in the It technology field. To begin with, no matter what level of experience you have with computers, their curriculum will help you progress rapidly from your current level of knowledge to the level of a person that is highly sought after for employment in any company or corporation that uses, services or builds computers. In my opinion, all their instructors are top notch. They work hard to help you feel comfortable learning this stuff no matter how much of a challenge it is for you personally. Their facilities are clean and refreshing and very conducive to a professional learning atmosphere. I highly recommend MyComputerCareer to anybody that is eager to pursue a lucrative career in this exiting field of endeavor.

I have had an excellent time at MyComputerCareer. It is a challenging course and takes a lot of work and dedication to succeed. I feel my instructor Noel, and mentors Andron, and Randy, are really invested in our class success.

Is this College accredited as an undergraduate aca...

Is this College accredited as an undergraduate academic institution to receive a degree? My husband was looking into this school almost 3yrs ago. Thank GOD he did not enroll!! He went to an individual in the church who taught him what he needed to know for IT Business Analysis in less than 2 months with just $1000 and has been working as an IT BA/Project Manager ever since. Most of the reviews for this school are great reviews, HOWEVER they will charge people almost $24K to get in and take these IT courses for a few months, suggest you to take all these unnecessary 10 IT certifications that YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE. I currently work in Cyber and I took just 2 Training Courses/Certs, paid less than $2500, made several payment installments and arrangements to the individual (Professor/Mentor), received 1 on 1 Mentoring, Resume Writing & Review, Salary Negotiations, provided students with Interview Questions & Answers to all students, Small Group Size, IT lab simulation, Mock Interviews, possible practice exam questions, advice on TRANSFERABLE SKILLS & LEVERAGING YOUR RESUME to a new profession; and I was offered a six figure hourly rate job before 8 weeks WITHOUT a certification exam. The GOAL is to get into the Computer Software/ Tech Industry and GET your company/organization to PAY for future certifications via their training reimbursement programs. With Transferable Skills & Leverage acquired during your training and mentoring; you DO NOT need to start in Entry Level IT. I am still connected to the instructor as she is a college professor and still offers mentorships to all students and even 1 on 1 and contact via WhatsApp or Telegram. It is best to just get 1 or 2 cert to get your foot in FIRST, rather than accruing Student Loans and getting into DEBT in this pandemic economy when you can most definitely get educational assistance via your job and/pay out of pocket. Most companies only require 1 certifications 2 at most. Some jobs don t even require a certification. So why go to a MyComputerCollege just to gather numerous certifications like a medallion when you won t need all but just 1 for the tech job? I have seen people who passed a cyber certifications and STILL cannot find jobs. Multiple certifications DOES NOT guarantee you a job.

I am a soon to be Grad of My Computer Career, started this endeavor 10 months ago. I am a well seasoned career professional that had little experience in IT. My experience at MyCC has been extraordinary. From the moment I first stepped on the Raleigh Campus, I knew this was a place that was life changing. Everyone has been so positive, supportive and uplifting. The quality of the education and learning experience has been top-notch. MyCC has the formula for success, all you need to do is show up with a "can do" attitude and follow their guidance and you will be rewarded. Your success is their success. I look forward to the next chapter in my life as being an Information Technology Security & Administration professional.

Love Love MyCC!!! The help you need to succeed is key here and they provide more than enough of that. From your advisor to your instructors. My advisor Gerard has been very key to helping me with getting certifications after graduation. Malik in Career services is awesome and very helpful as well. I love MyCC! The Pandemic kind of hurt many students including myself with virtual classes. It s not for everyone and what we have going on in our homes but the instructors were very aware and still managed to keep everyone on task and provided more help after classes!

Thanks MyCC!!
