Ladies, be alert. I had a negative experience getting my outpatient chest X-rays taken for employment. Do not allow the male technician to rush you into changing into your dressing gown. Take the time you need to make sure that your gown is securely tied before giving the technician permission to re-enter the X-ray room.
We had a wonderful experience at outpatient. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Radiology was thorough and expedited getting my son his MRI results. All volunteers in the hospital were extremely helpful and friendly.
The nurses on floor 4129 were superb! My Mom was well taken care of. The social worker was horrific. When I asked how I was supposed to take care of a medical issue for mom that required a 3x per day procedure, he responded, maybe a neighbor can do it
The service provided to me by Michelle and Megan in cardiology was outstanding. They made me feel relaxed and provided me with the privacy I needed to do my stress test. A great crew that provided me a better understanding of the test as a patient and true teamwork. Thank you. Rachel in CT was very helpful and considerate during my act. Again thank yo for hiring people who care.
Intake and triage were effective and professional, the rest of this place a scam. Heavy chest pains ran two tests, nurse checked on me once in 4 hours, dr was nice for the 2 minutes he spoke with me then vanished. Discharged without an rx or any follow ups or even testing for covid or an inquiry about a possible cause. This hospital is a joke where you over hear nurses and staff cheering at code blue medical emergency warnings. Go somewhere else.
Went for an endoscopy and everything was great. Moved along quickly, nurses and staff were super friendly. Warm muffin when you re awake is a plus
My husband had a bad trauma situation at the end of June. He had to have a CT scan done 6 weeks later. I chose RWJ Hamilton to have the test done because of previous visits there. The CT scan members were so considerate of his situation because of lack of mobility and the pain he was in. They were very gentle and understanding. We were so grateful for that. A week later he had an ultrasound sound done. Again we went back to that radiology team and they too were very professional and caring. Thank you to everyone there for your kindness and consideration!
I found the Wound Care Center to be very helpful scheduling my appointment, Dr Shah is very informative, helpful and very attentive to my needs. The nursing staff are very good, informative, and very compassionate. They always explained to me what to expect and I am always informed about my wound progress.
Where do I start with the service I received by Susan & Greg in ENDO! They went up and beyond and provided exceptional service! Robert Wood Johnson is very lucky to have nurses that take care of you like family. Thank you making us feel so welcome and helping us ease our pain. Truly two gems!!
I feel great! The fuzzy is gone, and my meds are in and working. I'd like you to thank everybody who worked on my case at RWJUH Emergency dept and Telemetry.
