We used this service twice. I can only say - STAY AWAY. We paid for a clean of our apartment and the cleaning person decided she only had to clean half the bedrooms, extras we paid for were ignored and the cleaning person spent most of her time on her cell phone.

Super happy with MyClean! Booking was really easy with lots of optionality that allowed us to balance needs with pricing. The women who cleaned our apartment not only did a great job but was also really lovely and compassionate with my newborn and I home. She even lined up all of his toys!
Cleaning person showed up late, they did not bring a vacuum or most of their own supplies and ended up using an entire roll of my paper towels. The one thing she did bring was a solvent she used on my tub that ended up stripping large portions of the veneer away damaging it permanently. She did not do a deep clean and missed several areas of the apartment including not even wiping down the kitchen table. At the end I was charged about $200 for a service I would value closer to $10. Do not use them!!!
I had a terrible experience with MyClean. I had booked the 5h deep clean and my cleaner tried to leave after 3h. I went through the place with her and pointed out all of the things that were not done. I later found out that she did not even wipe down most surfaces (see photo attached). Toilets were also not cleaned. Would not use again.
I ve given this company too many chances. The last visit was the last straw. Cleaner left many items undone, never cleaned any of the floors, the the kitchen in a mess, and didn t follow any of my requests. Their cleaning garbage was left behind in a bag in the kitchen that I labeled and use for RECYCLING! Attitude was poor, and non-communicative. The cleaner either hates their job or couldn t care less. And my clean charges me over $200 for this. Never again.
I booked the service for move out cleaning and I was surprised to learn that one of the cleaner is new hired and is on training for the move out service I booked. It is terrible to have a cleaner in training to clean especially for the service that required extra attention such as move out cleaning. We are not paying for your cleaner to be trained on a job like this.
If I d have known, I will never ever use the service. Moreover, the experience cleaner left after being there for an hour, broke the blind and left the scene in a hurry. The cleaner who is inexperience and in training did not do the job well. (obviously as she was in training)
We paid for the service to have the place deep clean in a moving condition but in turn My Clean sent cleaners to be trained at our expense and the place is not clean not even close to the 50 point cleaning or deep clean as advertised. The cleaners were not trained but instead were trained at the job and not uphold to any quality cleaning at all. I will never recommend My clean to anybody not even friends or family.
Since I started having MyClean come to my apartment post-COVID, I've been extremely disappointed - almost shocked - time and time again. I've come home to my apartment barely cleaned almost every time. I've seen cleaning supplies like sponges simply LEFT in my shower, and crusty paper towels sitting on a surface. My home never ever seemed to be vacuumed, even though I always make sure that my vacuum is fully charged. My dishes have been left unwashed in my sink, etc. I can go on and on.
Yet, I stupidly kept giving them a chance because (1) the booking was easy and convenient; (2) once in awhile (AFTER complaining) I would be pleasantly surprised.
Earlier this week, I booked a cleaning for today and marked that I had a dog in my home. The cleaner arrived, and my dog was barking at her (as he does to all strangers). I picked him up, and reassured her that he and I would be leaving the apt as soon as I gave her instructions. Instead, she left in a flurry, and at that point, there was nothing I could do. I spoke to the company who profusely apologized to me, but I still deactivated my account so that I would never use them again.
And then, several hours later, I receive an email from MyClean stating that the cleaner claimed that my dog bit her. This was an outright lie, as my dog was in my purview the entire time - either I was holding him, or he was barking, thus rendering him incapable of biting. He has never bit any human or even any other animal. I'm in shock by this claim, and I am shocked that they are charging the prices they are with incredibly poor service. Please beware. There are plenty of other services and cleaners in NYC. This is NOT worth the headache I've endured today.
Use literally any other cleaning service, MyClean is not worth the money at all. We paid for a deep clean (7-8 hours) and they cleaned about as hard as I could have in one hour..
I paid USD 220 for really, really poor cleaning. The cleaner did not lift up things like baskets of toys to clean under them. I had to ask them to lift things off the kitchen counter to clean it. One bathroom floor was not mopped until I asked for it. The dining table was not even touched. There are dirty dishes in the sink. The one mirror in the house was also not cleaned. The bed was left half unmade. I asked them to clean one window-sill but they did not even touch the other window-sills. Please do not waste your money.
Don't trust MyClean. They try to swindle you with a hidden subscription plan. MyClean ended up making an appointment for me without disclosing an update in price and wouldn't honor the price I've always paid.
The issue is the cleaning staff is top notch but I can't in good conscious use them again.
