In this shop was bought an I phone that did not work well after three days. I sent a complaint and of course wanted money back, and not repair once on a brand new appliance. Something that the general manager refused to do but could not even show in writing how the terms of the store should deny it ... After a week that the mobile was in the workshop and several complaints, the employee comes back with the mobile and said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the mobile ... So when it was bought it was not possible to hear what the sender said.
Absolutely unprofessional service and customer service !!! Will NEVER return yours and therefore do not recommend that store at all.

You do not need to purchase the Start Pack from 7-11.
If you purchase the data package here, the SIM card is free.
If you bring your passport, the staff will quickly register your SIM card. You only need to register the PIN number of the data package yourself.
It is similar to registering a prepaid phone card in the military.
Staff are just as friendly as you need them.

I was order new iphone ! it was on the weebside its in stock and i can get it after 2 days !!! now its 2 WEEKS after and i still dont have iphone... MORE ! they said i need to wat 4 weeks more and they never have on the weebside write this, couse they never have in stock. I was go to weebside and chceck and another iphone have same information ! Check photo ! They make it spesial and sold how much its possible but you recive mayby telepfone after 6 WEEKS not after 2 days ....... NEVER AGAIN !
WHEN I WAS ASK ON CHAT HOW I CAN CANCEL THIS THEY DONT ASK ME NOTHING !!!! SOME - FREDRIK WRITE - I WILL CANCEL FOR YOU NOW . AND HE CLOSE CHAT ..... NO INFORMATION .. NOTHING... I HAVE ONLY PAPER ABOUT CREDIT FROM ONE CALL....... I DONT PAY NOTHING !!!! YOU DONT RESEPECT YOUR CUSTOMER !

For a week there has been a failure that has caused that landlines in Poland cannot be reached. No information on the website, Facebook etc. Zero respect for customers. I do not recommend.

Poor service here, often experiencing grumpy employees who would rather not help. Today, I was told that there was a new system on flex cards. You will not receive the card but a code on SMS. After 3 hours, the code has not yet reached SMS. Call customer service and ask, but they say that's not how it works, and can't help me without giving them the code ... That's the problem, I haven't got the code! Have to go down to the center again and talk to the employee who told about the new system that does not exist. Hire people who actually know what they are talking about, or perhaps provide better training?

Kinda short on staff but the service was very good!
