I used them a little while back and didn't get the time to write a review. Terrible service. Asked for a quote they charged me almost triple. I told them to check a certain area, they did not follow instructions and went to unnecessary lengths that I did not ask for which caused me more work and money. I spoke with one of the engineers in management and he started shouting and arguing with me over the phone. Not pleased with the service or attitude towards paying customers. Felt because I was under a time constraint they knew this and tried taking me for a ride. My personal opinion, use at your own risk

Get your testing done here! These folks are the fastest, most efficient and are priced fairly for what they do.

We are in the process of renovating so I figured it best to have our ceiling tested. We brought in a sample and the lady at the front desk met us with a smile and asked if we want it express or standard.

The crazy thing is standard to these folks means 1-2 days, which is so fast! Express was same day, which I can see why contractors must love this place.

The report we received was detailed. A great place that does a great job!

Zero stars. These guys are total clowns. It took them 5 days to give me a quote, and when I did receive it - it was not what I was looking for because they don't listen. Got a call from the owner Adrian Lee a few days later and he promised he would send a requote. Crickets. Never heard from them again. Adrian should spend more time working on his business than subjecting people to bragging about how good they are. Avoid this circus like the plague.

Epoch Environmental has been our go to company for hazardous material reporting for the last 5 years. Adrian and his team are great to work with and I have never had issues, nor do I feel I will in the future. When the City of Vancouver introduced a new sequence for hazardous material reporting, Adrian took the time to explain it to me in great detail, even though I had no upcoming jobs for him. Truly a great company to work with.
