Used a couple of times now to purchase tools. Always been a good service and reasonable prices.

Placed an order for a diamond core drill.. 4 days later the website still shows it pending.
No response on the instant message option on its site so I called them.
One very awkward female call taker with a bad attitude who clearly doesnt give a toss about her customers just told me she was cancelling the order if I wasnt prepared to wait.
Wont be using again incase I have to speak to that horror again.

Tool arrived quickly. Can't use it yet. Customer advice was very unhelpful. Will not buy again.

Just took delivery of a Bahco Bow Saw 21 inch, Great fast service. Soon to be used on building the rest of the Bushcraft Shelter Bearded Bushcrafter

Great customer service on my first ever visit today and a price better than any of the local DIY chains for the product I was buying.

Ordered product off website but the image and description was incorrect and I received the superseeded product. They have changed the image now and description but will charge me a re-stocking fee per item and wont refund the carriage paid either. Poor communication regarding my return and refund. Still trying to get to a satisfactory response to a error that was not my fault.

Be wary when using this company !

Being a carpet fitter I urgently needed some Stanley Carbide blades, having been let down by another supplier, I ordered these 2-30pm and the next day I rec'd and Email saying that they would be delivered between 10-10 am and 11-10 am, they arrived at 10-10am exactly , really please and a good price, well done My Tool Shack

After ordering, I discovered a few negative reviews on line. I must say, I thought my tool shed was brilliant. Ordered one day, arrived the next and we are talking a dewalt combo set. Thank you my tool shed, perfect, arrived exactly as described.

Wish I read the reviews, I have no idea why google has rated this company 96%. Orderd 5 days ago, just recieved an email saying they were sending it. I do not dare call the phone lines after reading the reviews. To ask how long it will be. Also the payment system is VERY dodgy.

Price and delivery perfect - After sales service "Zero" - I had difficulty on 30/5/18 registering the free battery offer as the date code required for registration was not visible. The rep. said he was going to lunch and would call me back on his return ( I had the impression that he was not going to as it involved his time calling De-Walt) - I managed to resolve myself after many hours of investigation today (31/5/18) as no call back was received. I had also asked for De-Walts number by this operative that was for a different supplier all together :-) ... So if you want a Box at a great price then The Tool Shed are great ... If you want any after sales support then dream on ...

I shopped around for this bare DeWalt jigsaw and found yours to be the best price by a country mile.

Bought a De Walt sander for a DIY project at home. When it arrived it was a 110v model (i had no idea what that was). Phoned up to complain that the site should have given me a option (as you'd expect in a shop) and that I needed a domestic one. They didn't agree and would refund me for the returned postage. Asked repeatedly to speak to the MD (who refused to talk to me). It really wouldn't have hurt them to use their discretion, and perhaps implement my suggestion on the website, but they flatly refused. So much for the customer always being right. Instead of trying to save money buying online wish i'd gone to a shop who would have asked which one I wanted. Avoid on principle.

Ordered my item and received it 2 days later, called them before placing my order online to check stock, one of the few online retailers that had stock, very quick and polite, would recommend to friends.

All the items I ordered were on the website as in stock, next day delivery if ordered before 3pm, which I did. In reality this means dispatched next working day and delivered, presumably, the day after that, so very misleading and inconvenient as I now won't be in to receive the order. Raised the issue with customer services which was a waste of time, hence leaving this negative review. If you had of looked after me correctly I wouldn't have been so disgruntled. So misleading and discourteous, I will shop elsewhere in future.

On no account use this company. Never got through on the phone ever and one email was answered two days later and didn t stop the double order as they said they would and charged me twice anyway.
Customer service is everything, I wouldn t give them any stars.

I know the brand I bought (Dewalt) and am sure they ll match up. Regarding the company I can honestly say that the service couldn t have been better. The price of the item was better than elsewhere and the delivery time, excellent. Ordered one day , delivered the next.

Decent prices buy they take a longer than most other companies to dispatch. Ordered thursday night, didnt get dispatched until monday. Ordered something else sunday night didnt, get dispatched until tuesday. If you want it quick look elsewhere.

My payment failed twice online, so I bought item from Screwfix. Turns out the payment went through - twice! I have not even received a confirmation email let alone a product. So it seems I have been stolen from. Impossible to get through to customer services.

Delivered within 24 Hrs, I placed the order on Sunday evening and delivery was included in the discounted price. You can't get much better than that.

I ordered an item on a Sunday. It arrived on the following Wednesday. (All the better as I live in northern Ireland). I had no problems making the order or with the product which works perfectly.

AVOID!! False advertising - order didn't come with stand and they refused to compensate. They've since taken the ad down but I managed to screenshot it (wont let me attach for some reason). Not even as much as an apology.

Bought a set of Stabila Type R spirit levels from this company where the advert clearly stated that the set included a Stabila bag to store the set of levels. Failed to supply the Stabila bag and when contacted the company refused to supply the missing bag! Under Consumer Law, the company is REQUIRED to supply items listed that are included in the sale as advertised. NOT the case with this company!

Allegedly, this company clearly did NOT comply with current consumer trading laws as in this case!

Even when requested a partial refund to pay for a replacement suitable Stabila Bag from another company that was refused! The company refused all requests to supply the Stablia levels bag!

You get NO help whatsoever when matters go wrong! Just told to go away! What do you expect from a southern-based company, just extremely bad customer service whose staff allegedly flout the law?

When is this company going to do the right thing and fully resolve this issue? NEVER in my experience!

UPDATE: After over a month of rangling the company has now accepted to pay for a replacement Stabila levels Carrier bag that was missing from the original order from another supplier.

From my BAD experience, my recommendation is NEVER EVER buy from this company! You're likely to regret it if you do, especially if something goes wrong with the purchased item!

Bought some heaters off these guys through ebay. they were wrongly advertise and not fit for purpose. they were supposed to collect them but never turned up. waited in all day for nothing. There ok when they take your money...Better suppliers out there.

I ordered the dealt table saw from this company yesterday before 3pm and was assured it take delivery next day, it was even cheaper elsewhere but I'd have to wait until Monday so I went with this company(didn't mind paying extra so I could get it today) I even rang through the order so I could be sure of this, Ive since received an email telling me it will be Monday so a bit disappointing as I could have saved money if I knew it would still be Monday. If something cant be done tell a man don't just lie about it.

Rubbish wood carving tools - far too thick and misshapen. Very disappointed.

After sales support is none existant. I have been having trouble with my battery on my disc cutter and they want me to return the whole set rather than just the battery. I use this tool daily so cannot afford to lose it especially if it works fine. Why can't I just send the battery back?

I spoke to DeWalt and they confirmed this is possible and the retailer being awkward. Not happy at all. I Would recommend shopping elsewhere. All is fine until you have a problem. A company can only be truly judged when you have a problem and how they deal with it. MyToolShed just washed there hands of it.
