I've been in logistics for 12 years. This is by far the worst company I have worked for. Even in my short 3 months. There is no employee appreciation whatsoever. Instead, they want you to overwork with nothing to show for or gain. The moral is at an extreme low. A very toxic work place.

The worst company that I have worked with, Shejuana Ballard answered me very rudely because my driver had 4 hours waiting after being loaded to confirm what was the correct delivery address, they confirmed the load for 3k and they mounted 39k, her response was that has to continue waiting, the cargo required direct delivery, of course I did not have time to continue waiting, in this office no one knew what was happening, I do not recommend them at all

Was told to be in Twinsburg Ohio at 1130 AM was there at 9:30 a.m. Did not get loaded until 6:30 p.m.
Arrived at shipper for 8 a.m. appointment. Was told appointment was not until 6 p.m. To come back at 5 p.m. Arrived at 5 p.m. Did not get into dock Until 10:20 p.m.

Bad Brokerage. We asked about load details via email, Stephanie was the one who respond back with the details, when we agree on a rate, she sent a carrier packet for us to setup, it took us 30 to 40 minutes to do the setup, when everything was done, we sent 2 follow up emails to ask are we still good on the load. After 2 hours, we decided to call and we've been told is "Load is covered". Don't have experience with them since we did a setup for nothing, but i don't recommend carriers to do business with someone who treat carries this way!

They don't even pay

They dont pay on time. It has been over 60 days and they just told me the payment will go out in 30 days. No more business with them

DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF WORK WITH THESE GUYS. YOU DO YOUR JOB AND DO THE LOAD AND THEN THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL HOLD YOUR MONEY FOR 48 HOURS. THE WORST BROKER EVER TO WORK WITH THEY EVEN CHARGE THE TRUCKING COMPANY FOR A LUMPER FEE THAT THEY SHOULD PAY FOR THERE LOAD. NOTHING BUT THIEF'S

We were sent as a work-in to a facility and told it will be a quick load and delivery of 4-5 hours total. We told them that we have a pickup after their delivery so please make sure we get loaded and delivered fast. We were at the pickup one hour after signing the rate-con and were made to wait 4 hours after which we were told it will take another 2 hours just to load 9 pallets. The delivery time for 6 pm had already passed and we would have been unable to deliver that day and had to wait till next morning and then lose our other load as well.
It was a misrepresentation on Shejuana's part and when we requested a TONU for not being able to pick and drop that day it was denied saying they told us it would be a work-in.
I lost my other load as well and not got paid a dime on this one due to their mis-communication and mis-representation. When the broker misrepresents the delivery time and expects driver to just wait forever and over-night without paying a dime more, then it is totally unacceptable. Either pay the TONU or the over-night...can't have it both ways.

I have to say i love working with this company. I had a load with Nick Strain. He was honest and friendly always on the phone. If i had a question he would return with a answer promptly. i recommend to work with these guys. Nick will take care of you!

Did a load for MW Logistics Shejuana Ballad was the Broker and from start to finished 9 am to 11:20 pm she responded to all my calls. Never been frustrated. I would recommend this CO. to any one. Also Miss Veronica. This is a good company to work for along with these two ladies.

We haul a load for this broker on 02/07/2019, we had 12 hours of detention. This broker promised to pay us . When we did the job and trying to get paid for it, Phill and Dave they kept delaying us thinking that we going to give up, lying to us every day. We called them 30 times to ask for the money, they just kept lying every time. a few days ago I made a final call and was told that Dave "does not work" there any more and that we wont get paid detention.
we do not recommend this company to anyone to do business with.. (do not do business with them you will get ripped off)..
