Bad Brokerage. We asked about load details via email, Stephanie was the one who respond back with the details, when we agree on a rate, she sent a carrier packet for us to setup, it took us 30 to 40 minutes to do the setup, when everything was done, we sent 2 follow up emails to ask are we still good on the load. After 2 hours, we decided to call and we've been told is "Load is covered". Don't have experience with them since we did a setup for nothing, but i don't recommend carriers to do business with someone who treat carries this way!
