Was told to be in Twinsburg Ohio at 1130 AM was there at 9:30 a.m. Did not get loaded until 6:30 p.m.
Arrived at shipper for 8 a.m. appointment. Was told appointment was not until 6 p.m. To come back at 5 p.m. Arrived at 5 p.m. Did not get into dock Until 10:20 p.m.
