Just bought a 3 oz vanilla/lavender Fresh Fragranc...

Just bought a 3 oz vanilla/lavender Fresh Fragrance candle at my local dollar store. Usually dollar store candles are dissapointing at best but this candle from MVP International is awesome. I can smell this little candle throughout my entire condo. The candle burns clean and evenly too. I'm going back this weekend and buy a bunch more for $1.00! WOW!!

I have a candle iced winter berries distributed by MVP group international Inc.Had the candle lit on my coffee table it popped and as you can see the bottom of the candle busted out and damaged my hard wood floors.I will be contacting them if I have to I will file in small claims court to get my floor fixed.

WARNING TO ALL THE FREIGHT FORWARDERS
I would give them 0 stars if I could.
I'm the freight forwarder, bringing their products to the States.
Person in charge does not reply to any of the issues that we are having because of their company.
First of all, they don't pay the shipper for the products on time.
Second, they don't pick up the containers on time, they don't return the containers on time.
Last but not least, because this is the worst part, is NOBODY is giving me ANY UPDATES AT ALL.
I send them e-mails after e-mails because nobody is responding at all.
All we need is their updates on the issues like what is going on inside, what they are doing to resolve the issues, and the confirmation that they are aware of the issues, and that they will take care of it.
But, for them, nope.
Their manager sent me an insulting 'group mail' saying he had enough of my e-mails :)
He should be ashamed of how his words and actions reflecting him as such irresponsible AND RUDE person.
If he has ability to think, he should have known that I would not send them e-mails after e-mails if they would just simply give us updates and properly follow up on the matters.
What should I do? Just send an e-mail on expensive matter and sit there and wait until they take almost a full month to take care of it?
The fine price is not a joke and the fine is under my corporate name because we are the forwarder.
I even get this feeling the person in charge is just avoiding my phone calls because she is NEVER picking up the phone.
Even the shipper is contacting them and having hard times receiving their updates.
All of these experience with them is just telling me ALL OF THEM are lacking professionalism and lacking responsibility.
Worst people to do your business ever.
Back out if you are about to do any business with them.

I didn't go to this place but I bought a candle that was distributed by them. I lit it and went to sit down and I heard something break looked and all the glass around the candle broke and a large piece flew right out. Don't buy these. Very dangerous

Bought an 11 oz Pecan Pancakes candle with 3 wicks...

Bought an 11 oz Pecan Pancakes candle with 3 wicks. Burned it for 5 minutes and the thing went out because the wicks were under the melted wax. I did not trim the wicks because they were so short. Evidently they were too short to begin with because it will not stay lit for more than a few minutes. I gave 2 stars because I love the scent, but I won't buy again.
