I CALLED MVD ON MONDAY MORNING BECAUSE ONE OF OUR EMPLOYEES HAD CHANGED OFFICES WITH ANOTHER ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON. I NEEDED TO SWITCH THEIR PHONE LINES TO FOLLOW THEM. I RECEIVED A CALL EARLY AFTERNOON FROM ERIC. WE WERE ABLE TO GO IN REMOTELY AND MAKE THE CHANGES. ONCE AGAIN I APPRECIATE THE PROMPTNESS OF TAKING CARE OF THIS ISSUE.
LINES WERE CHANGED AND EVERYBODY'S HAPPY!

Scheduled a technician to assist with installing new cabling, adding/deleting a few users, and making some call routing changes for us. The technician was not only on time he was early. He was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough.
I would recommend MVD and Eric to anyone looking for assistance with telecommunications needs.
Another phone company was at my office to fix a problem. He left bare wires at the panel, left a jack hanging out of the wall, took a splitter and didn't fix the problem.
Jason was in my office for a short period of time and got everything working correctly. I'll be happy to call him in the future for prompt service!
Great success in assisting with an issue we were having at the hotel... Great customer service! Cary was very patient with me and all of my many questions. He took the time to figure out what we were requesting to have changed and made sure we were satisfied.
I can't say enough about MVD services and our serviceman Cary. I had broken my leg and came back to work in July and called to have my phone moved on a temporary basis. He came right out and took care of that for me. Then when I was able to move back to the second floor, I called for Cary to come back and he was there to move my phone back to my office right away. He is the nicest man and so happy to always accommodate our needs here at Equity. We couldn't ask for better service than we get with Cary. Thanks so much for all you do when we need it.
I'm going to have to separate my experience into 2 parts: preparation and execution. Bottom line, the preparation leading up to the day when MVD was helping transfer my service from my previous office to my new office was lacking. There wasn't enough communication between MVD and my service provider, which led to mistakes and delays. Once that was resolved, on the actual day of transfer, the transition was flawless. I am pleased with the end result but displeased with what transpired leading up to it.
I would highly recommend MVD for your phone needs. They have been great to work with. The technical support guys are wonderful and very knowledgeable. They always take care of all our phone issues.
Cary always goes above and beyond to provide us with the greatest service. I appreciate the time that he takes to show myself and the staff how to do something that is new to us and always make sure we understand exactly what we need to do before he completes the work
Another good experience working with MVD Communications. They were able to make the necessary changes that I needed for our business in a timely manner. Tom, our service rep is always a big help and is very good at communicating any programming changes that he makes. Excellent overall experience.
