Don't waste your time or your companies money go somewhere else to get quality wires.
IWG HR: Sharon Abbot, Plant manager, management, Quality control, unprofessional teams they know who's they are. HR operate toxic, uses Security video camera harassment, hostile environments, does not follow the state and federal laws of companies handbook. Former coworker and employees believe that a bad boss, an unpleasant work environment, a rude coworker, or the lack of perks, privileges, benefits, and recognition can create a hostile work environment. IWG company in inman, SC HR create a hostile work environment to coworker produces bad/ nickel, silver wire flakes off, low cost quality material products. whose actions, communication or behavior make doing your job impossible, and charge high prices for the wires.
As a manual labor former coworker for 6 year of IWG was about to kill me. I'm so glad I'm not there anymore. I'm working very hard and Jobs was already backbreaking for women's. I also file a EEOC and SC Human Affair Commission for women's rights minority worker. Not for a company that doesn't put hard worker people first. I know and coworker IWG HR coach management team to still pushing bad products to customer and ripoff customers. : #"Awful & smh"

In order to work there you need a thick skin I love some ppl there cause I worked there for 4 years but there is a language barrier so depending on who trained you in what department you might have a hard time learning if they train you at all because I was thrown to the wolves and had to teach myself a lot of stuff. Its a rumor mill and management treats its best employees horribly. Because of all the new management has a degree and did schooling you will always be a no body. If you need overtime it's there and you will be working it once hired on and it will be mandatory 6 to 7 days a week they will literally work you to death. I will say that it is a good stepping stone to beef up your resume. As far as a career I'd pass. There's no room for growth with them and there are absolutely no raises. It was implied by my boss that I was lying about my production even though all of my paperwork was done and if she would have did her job and checked my paperwork she would have know that instead of insulting me. This was ultimately the last straw for me. If you decide to work here I wish you the best of luck.

I worked for this company through a temp agency for about 2 weeks, my father went into hospice and I missed 2 days, one the day he passed away and the day after the funeral and they let me go just like that because the HR lady there called the temp co and said that wasn't a valid reason...I bet if someone in her family she's close to passes away she'll be out of work...I see now why I quit working in plants 2 years ago to return to school, so that I could better myself and not have to suffer through this kind of treatment....Thank you Mrs Abbott in the HR Department because one day I'll be making more than you...

I have only recently begun working here, but this place seems to be a good place to work. Some of the management staff here is fairly new to IWG, but not new to the industry. People are treated fairly here and if you do your job as you're expected, you'll be rewarded accordingly. There will ALWAYS be bad posts from disgruntled workers, so hopefully this honest post will negate some of that.

I was working IWG for 2 years. The supervisor BP and HR Sharon Abbott lets me go because I m very honest and too much opened my mind. The management over there don t care about you. They pushed you makes more productions. If you not a butt kisser they won t liked you. They treated you like a slave. And if you are trying defend yourself, they will make your life like a hell.
I was liked my job and what I was doing over there. But management is sucks!

I worked there for a week through a temp agency and because I called out the night my father died they let me go, stupid huh? Oh well I'm in school for nursing and here within the next couple of years I'll be making far more than I ever would there, not kill myself for small pay plus get respect as a R.N....
