I'm going to have to separate my experience into 2 parts: preparation and execution. Bottom line, the preparation leading up to the day when MVD was helping transfer my service from my previous office to my new office was lacking. There wasn't enough communication between MVD and my service provider, which led to mistakes and delays. Once that was resolved, on the actual day of transfer, the transition was flawless. I am pleased with the end result but displeased with what transpired leading up to it.
