Love the updates to the seating spacious and relaxing. Great place for a nice family movie night.

This theatre is outdated, not well kept up, needs regular maintenance and cleaning. Air conditioning doesn't work in most theatres; employees told us it has been that way for about a year. Sound quality is poor in theatre. Overall, stay away!

i go there all the time and the staff are stupendous i overall love them and you cant beat the prices

Not your tipical movie theater. What I really enjoy about this theater is that the seats recline and their comfortable. The experience of being in a real movie theater.. It's fun...

Theatre 4 smelled like mildew or something. Very noticable throughout the time of the movie. Also felt the movie screens were dim and lacking in color.

Great renovations nice recliner seats theater was nice and cold, you might want to turn up the speakers a bit because they were relatively quiet.

They re modeled the movie theater entirely and recliner seats are very comfortable they have a bar for alcohol their personal pizza is excellent

Small seats. Only one person selling tickets and there was no kiosk to purchase tickets on a Friday night.

Reasonably priced and very comfortable seats a tad cold 68-70 degrees. Would recommend a small blanket and a jacket..

I only been here once to see Inside Out, and all in all I loved the old school design and it was pretty neat. But I have a phobia of huge surroundings and the audtoriums are really huge and kind frigtened me. I might go back for another experience to see what I really think of it but right now it's getting half and half

Nice theater. The reserved reclining seats are great. Saw Sonic which is one of the best video game adaptation movies I've seen.

Clean, friendly and beautiful. Great prices they serve alcohol. You can bring your own blanket. This is one of the only theaters I go to .

My son and I have been coming to this theater location for years. Although, the theater was old and outdated, some of the staff was wonderful. The new renovations are really nice and comfortable. The new staff is okay. I am a Diamond Rewards Member. However, the management team need to create a system that can delete or add a notation to the employee's register to let he or she know when an award was given to the customer or the actual awards that are available to the customers. It will decrease any unnecessary confusion to the customers and the staff.

Okay theater... but never crowded or even a line for that matter!

Listen, this place isn't perfect ok but atleast it's not what $15 to see a movie. Get the heck outta here. Ya it's in the process of being renovated so atleast things are heading in the right direction. Frank theaters let this place die with only 3 theaters that had AC. So stop complaining about every little thing when all of you already know what to expect coming here for the time being. Do it up Paragon!

Horrible experience. I went to see a rated R movie on a Saturday night. Sounds simple enough, little did I know that every teenager would be allowed in. The kids were disruptive throughout the entire movie. They screamed at the screen, yelled across the theater at one another and at one point decided to run from one side of the theater to the other like a herd of elephants. I left the theater twice to complain to management regarding the behavior of the kids. Each time management sent an usher to stand in the theater, which did quiet them down for the time they stood there.
Management was nice and apologized and not only refunded my money but provided me with 2 free tickets as well. However, they should have just asked the disruptive children to leave. Horrible experience.

Its a great theater it has well seating and they give really good snacks for a movie

The theatres getting old but from what I've seen it doesn't get as packed as the other more popular theatres. There also isn't any selective seating.

Remodeled and cozy, good place to go with children at night.

This theater is clean. It now has recliner seats. The prices for the concession stand are sky high though.

It does not work it is always broken today 10/1/1917 I bought the tikes and when I return to see the movie the broken air.

Love how this place turned out! It has made a big turn around from what it used to be. The seats are my favorite part and staff is always helpful.

This theater provides good food with a clean atmosphere. What turned me off about this theater was when security started arguing with a guest the first 20 minutes of the movie because the guest was in the wrong seat and didn t want to move. I understand that someone else paid for the seat but don t argue with the person interrupting the movie for everyone else in the theater. Have them step outside and handle it there!!!

Great improvements. I had stop going until I recently read a review. I had a good movie experience. Clean and comfortable seating. Need to upgrade food service experience improve ambience in the atrium.

Place is still in the reno mode but will go back after completely renovated to check it out again

It is very rare to find great customer service, this theater have really good employees. I'm looking forward to the future upgrades.

Update: I went to see Ant-Man and Wasp. I see that they are making updates to the theater. I am looking forward to when it is complete. This may be my number one theater to go to.

The Grandkids love it when Poppy takes them to the movies. (Family Affair).

Food takes a long time to prepare, low on staff, very pricey

They have remodeled the theater and continues to go other renovations. The chairs are really comfortable now, improving the experience.

Been coming here for years! Always loved coming here with my family and friends and with the new recliner seats it make the experience all the more sweeter. Great prices great staff, give it a shot if you got the money and time. Best time to go i say are on Tuesdays for a discount!

I watched endgame but didnt enjoy since it was spoiled

Movie Theatre in strip mall nextdoor to AMO Pizzeria. There is a Dress Code because in 94 degree weather I was wearing a midriff shirt with a jacket across my shoulders. I was told to put my jacket completely on. Tickets can be purchased at the Kiosk or at the concession stand counter. You choose your seat when purchase is made.
This theater has been remodeled since I was last here.
I saw a rated R movie called "Long Shot." I might come back. Had an okay experience.

Very dirty theater and bathrooms, small screen, no surround sound, stale popcorn and expensive for a Wednesday afternoon. Waited 30 mins for the movie to start, listening to music and Chevrolet logo on the screen, and finally I got up to complain about the movie not starting, and the cashier said "oh no, I forgot!" and ran to turn on the movie, he was also the same guy who came in at the end of the movie to do the clean up. Under staffed. NOT coming back.

When I went to see X-men apocalypse, the theater air conditioning has stop working. Honest to god, worst experience ever because while I was watching the movie. It smelled like a zoo and dried up mustard. It was difficult to enjoy the movie.

Very happy mom. I took my kids to the free movie this morning. I must say I was very pleased with this location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was very clean. Looking forward to next weeks free movie.. and the recliners chairs. Love it... also can't wait for $6 Tuesday. With all this heat what a nice way to spend some time with the kids. For free. Happy kids happy mommy.

A/C does not work. Inside looks like someone's old living room. Sound in theater is not up to par. The picture quality is horrible, you tv at home does a way better job. Picture quality is Very dark and fuzzy. No stadium seating, so if someone is in front of you, all you will see is the back of there head. For the same price of a movie and popcorn and a drink your better off going to westfield broward movie theater 10 min away. Screens are 5 times as big with ac.

My boyfriend and I had re-admission tickets to the theaters because of a sound problem on the movie we went to watch a week ago. I thought Rated R Movies are for 18+ but after tonight it seems like they don t even check your ID and kids go in and cause disturbance when they sit next to adults .Tonight, we went to watch doctor sleep around 7:10 pm and sat down to our corresponding seats. 20 minutes into the movie or so, a group of teenagers came in demanding we get out of our seats, in a disrespectful manner not even showing us their tickets in a civil manner. We told them we payed for these seats, then I went up to the front to call whoever is in charge and then they came and the teenage boys continued being disrespectful to us. In the end my boyfriend was sitting in the wrong seat but he didn t know because we checked and we thought we sat in the right seat. We got up and left, I was crying because of the way they were letting these teenage boys disrespect us and then when outside the theater not near these boys they apologized to us and said they know they were rude but during the moment inside the theater didn t even consider the disrespect towards us adults. I recommend any adult not to go watch movies before 10 pm because the teenagers don t have their bed time til then. It s very sad how some people are raising their kids in not teaching them the right way to talk to people when it all could ve been solved by them showing the tickets and saying hey excuse me we have our tickets , instead of looking at us disrespectfully and saying Yo move that s my seat and then escalating to worse manners.
Never coming back here I regret growing fond of this place even the staff can t make up for it. We were already having a bad day as it is and we just wanted to relax and enjoy a peaceful date night. But seriously don t come when high schoolers are there BIG TURNOFF! Another thing, they were really loud/obnoxious next to us ,couldn t enjoy the movie at all after they came in almost half an hour into the movie. The boys who talked down on us were white, and my boyfriend is Asian, and I m Hispanic ..sounds like white privilege.

Bigger selection of snacks, drinks, etc. Small theater but very comfy and convenient. Most of the employees are friendly.

I want to say how satisfied we are with how this theater Is coming out. They are under new management. Prices are great, remodel is coming out so nice, but most of all, the service is very professional. I want to give a bravo to the manager Joshleen , she is very nice and made sure our experience was as best as possible. Thank you and keep up the great work.

The worst experience in my life , dirty toilets.. theater was one big trash can . We came to theater 8 some drunk dude was sleeping there.. on the end of the movie the kids were running there n back .. ??!!! Horrible never ever again

Terrible experience.... The new seats are wonderful however the theater showed the wrong movie. I initially paid to see a movie but the theater management refuse to show the correct movie...

Went to see the new Fantastic Beasts movie here. They accepted a promo I had from fandango that other theaters didn't (Regal and Cinemark). The renovations are looking great, but are still underway and the prices for tickets and food were cheaper than at the other two theaters mentioned. Also, the two employees who rang up our food and tickets were so accommodating and awesome, I'm sorry I didn't get their names to give them the credit. Overall, very nice experience.

Best Movie theatre in town! Theatre was updated within the last 4 years. Seats are VERY comfortable. Theatre is never over crowed. Best time to go is during the week. Weekends, yes you see a lot of teens but that's the same everywhere. At least Franks seats are spacious and you don't feel like a sardine.

Nice movie theater, good attention and more economic as others and on Tuesdays the tickets are only 6$

You guys did the thing with this update! I m not gonna lie, once Silverspot in the Promenade of Coconut Creek opened up, I could sense the competition. I m glad you guys took notice and did a renovation. Now I can enjoy an updated movie theater with lower prices! Each theater is air conditioned and has beautiful seats you can recline! I love this place and I go here often. The popcorn is great too if you re a popcorn lover like me!
