This is the first time I visited after the renovation. Excellent design. State of the art equipment inside and outside the theaters. Clean restrooms. They went above and beyond with the renovation. Friendly staff. And new concept, purchase your tickets AND your food at ONE location instead of making the line to purchase your tickets and then making another line to buy snacks and drinks. Inside the theaters the seats are confortable and have plenty but PLENTY of space between rows. I'll be coming back to this movie theater for sure.

Nice staff but place is dirty. Ownership doesn't want or have money to keep it clean.

The hallway carpets are dirty & no ticket taker at the entrance, every body is in and out without any control. But the new recliner seats are comfy.

First time there. Seats are great sound is great. But popcorn and drink runs you $13. Same as everywhere else

The staff in the movie theater are not at all the reason I've only given three stars. The reason for that is the run down atmosphere there and the incredibly expensive drinks. Yes I know they need to make money some how but $5 is just too much. On the contrary their Tuesday deals are great and as said above the staff are very nice! All in all the place needs to be renovated (it smells like mildew) and the prices lowered

For many months they won t fix the AC. I ll never go again. You never know if the movie you want to watch will be hot inside.

The movie theatre here is super nice! Comfy chairs and fully updated.

Great customer service. Clean and always decorated with new movies posters, etc inside. Not expensive.

Came in..there was literally no one there...no one to attend me...terrible customer service!!

Disregarding the renovations that are currently going on, the theater is not what it used to be. We were in one of the theaters that had already been renovated and my main complaint is that after the movie, the lights immediately turned on. No gradual turn on as a convenience for your eyes to adjust. When I asked the front desk about it, they claimed that it was because they are LED lights and they can not be gradually turned on. They also went on to say that the studios that make the movies tell them when to turn on the lights. If the studios do that, at least gradually turn on the lights. I know that LED lights can be gradually turned on and if you are renovating a theater and do not have that feature, then it is an inconvenience that I will not be partaking in. I can't speak for the concession as I will not buy food at a movie theater no matter where I go. In the end, even with how close I live to this theater I will not be going back.

Great staff and comfortable chairs...The manager there at the new Paragon Theater is way better than that douche they had at Frank's.

Very disrespectful that this building is as of Today April 2/19 UNDER construction and they don't inform people... on the other hand is still showing on the website that they have showtimes.... SO BAD..... Very disappointed...

This place got updated and its suttle comfy and awesome! A hidden gem for sure!

Not at hectic as the other theatres. Friendly staff. This location would be for someone with a nonchalant character.
You don't have to worry 9.8/10 times the tickets are sure not to be sold out.

The fact that little kids were in a R- rated movie... 2 stars everything else was good.

Not going to this movie theater again upon entering the worker was rude the restroom had pee all over the floor which looked like it dried for days on the floor when asked the management if they can clean it up the were rude the theater air conditioning was busted and it smelled really bad don't waste your time going here give your business to a much better the and clean theater !!

Love the fact that you get to choose your seat and that the seats are very comfortable and they recline. There are also plenty space between each row of seat.

Since it's been remodeled it is very nice!! To be able to sit in a recliner n watch a movie is very relaxing!

This is a very nice Theater sin e Paragon took it over, my hangout place, love it.

Very clean lobby. Gonzalo is a very friendly Concession Stand Representative at Paragon. Comfortable leather recliners inside and the view is perfect from any seat.

It made for a quiet Monday night showing of "FallOut" with Tom Cruise staring in his sixth Mission Impossible series.

I certainly recommend this movie theater for the whole family.

Front check in staff is great. Cleanliness of theater good. Old school soft rocking chairs. Not so good teens skipping in and out of movies with no help from staff.

I go to Franks Theatres every Tuesday with my friend since it is half off for a movie. Instead of paying $12, you just pay $6!

Update: The day after my poor experience with the manager Stephanie a woman name Christina called a left a message. When I returned her call she apologized for the inconvenience and inaccurate information. The refund was applied to to the correct card and provided a receipt. I appreciate the call back but it is an error that should have never happened & doesnt change the service we initially received.

This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! We purchased tickets for this theater through the app on accident and requested a refund. The manager stephanie did it over the phone with no problem. A week later we still did not receive our refund, so we called the theater. The manager Stephanie got on the phone after the gentleman helping me told me it was refunded to a card that did not match the last 4 digits of our card. She told me that I gave her that card number and when I explained again, no that is not our card you gave our money to someone else. Her exact words were "I dont know what to tell you". Now we have to file a claim through the bank. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. They refunded almost $70 to the wrong person & tell us oh well.

The movie experience was good except I got really sick after eating their popcorn. I suspect it was the butter flavoring that was contaminated.

Been coming here since I am a teenager many moons ago. Love taking my daughter here and love seeing how beautiful it is! The remodel looks awesome and I plan to ONLY come here as long as the movie of choice plays

Theatre is clean. Recliner chairs comfortable. Do not have move for people to pass.

Cold. Very, very cold inside the theater. The screen was small, but I didn't have anyone by me talking during the movie which is always a good thing

I haven't been to the movies in years. They have nice, comfortable chairs. The theatre was very clean. I would recommend!!!

Great place. Its been renovated since i went i heard its awesome now. Prices are great. Seats are great. Food is awesome. Friendly atmosphere. Clean and their were games for the kids or adults to play. I recommend this place.

This theater is amazing. Newly renovated with excellent Theater seating that was really comfortable thanks to the motorized recline and footrest, oversized seats with very good drink holders. Very impressed with their staff and the fact that you can pick your reserved seat. The restrooms were new clean and modern. Went on Tuesday and they offer a $6 per person per ticket pricing. Excellent deal however, as with most all theaters, the concession stand pricing was a bit higher priced. Every employee was friendly polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent, new and comfortable chairs, nice people.

Awesome place, a little cramp but over all pretty chill place when there are not 100s of people at a time. Food is okay, one of the best part its the reclinable chairs that let you put your feet all the way.

They have made me completely forget that there was an old ran down movie theater there before . I'm so happy that they took over and renovated to a modern upscale look . Great service great seats great experience! I will continue to come here with my family..

They've revamped the place - the sound system is super good & the seats are *fantastic* comfortable with wide rows to actually be able 2walk to a seat instead of stepping on everyones toes in the row. They also have a $6 movie night every Tuesday! Gr8!!

Brand new theatre, great staff... New everything... Not the average Coral Square 8 movies we grew up with!

Redone. Looks great. Nice theater to go now, again. No longer Frank's. But it's much larger, spacious and everyone says it's a big difference. Much better. Even the food. Seats are very comfortable. There is a very nice Italian restaurant next to it. So when you come out and you're hungry, I recommend you stop there. Weather permitting,, tables and comfortable seating outside, or you can dine inside. The food, nevertheless, is excellent. It's called "Amo Italian Restaurant." Their soup is A++

This experience was disrespectfully disgusting! I was eating my popcorn and milk duds until my phone fell . I reached for my phone that fell behind my seat and it was big chunks of white and green mold behind the seats at the very top! I left instantly and got my refund because my stomach turned and I couldn't think of anything else but escape ! I will never return here and I advise any viewer to do so either

Nice movie theater and has good seats but kind of messy.

Some of the theaters are currently being remodeled with recliners. The ones that have been done look really good. The lobby definitely needs work, but overall it's on its way to 4-5 stars.

Very enjoyable experience.... I mean it is a paragon after all. The place is Newly remodeled, very comfortable and great customer service. I know you can wait at the bar while waiting for your movie time but I wish they had more interactive games to enjoy with the family.

One of the worst movie theaters out there! The images are too dark and the screens are small. The AC is too loud and the recliner seats are uncomfortable! The food at the concession stand is way too expensive. Bad customer service and horrible quality images.

Very clean, the employee was very nice and helpful. The even have a beer and wine area next to the concession stand.

Fantastic seating, great selection of movies, and the people who work there, including the Manager, are pretty nice and wonderful. And the parking isn't bad either.

Came on March 31st and the afternoon staff were rude which I really didnt like about the place.

I went here with my best friend to go see Black Christmas. While the theater was very modern, they did not have apple pay anywhere so we could not buy any snacks. I had $25 on me that I had planned to use for food, but ended up having to use it for the tickets instead.

Small comfortable quaint theater great place to take a date I've seen Queen and Slim and The Photograph at this theater. Excellent
