Nice for takeing bath and restroom was neat and tidy for traveling around the globe

Trivandrum International Airport is the oldest Airport in the State of Kerala. It was started as a Flying School in 1932 and the first commercial operations were started in 1935 by Tata Airlines, making it one of the first airports in the country.
The Terminal 1 of Thiruvananthapuram International Airport (TRV) is the domestic terminal situated on the western side of the runway, close to the famed Shanghumugam Beach of Trivandrum City.
Terminal 2 is on the eastern side with international operations. It is one among the top 12 Airports in India, in terms of passenger movement. Possibly no other airport in the country is situated so close to the heart of the city.

Scope for lot of improvement. I hope Adani will do something good for the airport.

Trivandrum International airport, the one among the three international airports in the small southern state of kerala serves mainly for those people belongs to. Trivandrum/ Kollam/ part of Pathanamthitta dist (in Kerala) and for Kanyakumari/ Nagercoil District (both in Tamilnadu). From the older period, the airport has grown as the time needs with many facilities like ample car parking facilities, with good atmosphere, maintenance etc. The luggage handling after customs & immigration checks are being handles by some ground handling company who had their contract with the airlines. They always make a point to be late or delayed to get the checked baggage to the passenger. The departure lounge shops are also in a very bad shape. Never think to buy anything from here as it may cause you a heart attack if you know the actual price of the item. Either this happens with the permission of the authority or with the help of some higher official who works here. Any way these points only drags the rating down from my view.

Only 2 terminals are here. Have good parking lot area. But the parking fee is not good. In cial 80 rs only for four-wheel vehicles (4 hrs parking fee) here is more than 80 for a hrs. In front of the air port national highway 66 is damaged.

They checked our boarding passes and I'd cards for 5 times from entry gate to final boarding not only this checking of personal items makes the whole procedure very thankful me taking. In a time like this where removal of face mask should be avoided or if itbis done then proper safe distance should be maintained, none of these has been done. Worst experience.

Expensive food, and there are not many shops for an International airport.

Silent airport, small area with basic service's. There's no public transport connection to this arrival .

Good facility but immigration staffs are like the owner of the airport.Their attitude towards passengers is very bad.They have to get training on customer handling at the earliest or else I'm inviting them to uae to see how the local people in the immigration/emigration counter behaves to the non residents.Not only uae but also the other countries are having good staffs in airport with good behaviour towards customers.

Lot to do to bring back the elegance and the value la of God's Own Country......and it's the airport of Malayalees.......

Sprawling parking area. Visitors entry is permitted close to check-in area and seating facility is provided. WiFi connectivity is available for just 30 minutes. Prices are Unbelievably cheap in departure lounge shops. Popy Umbrella outlet has various new design umbrellas at reasonable price. There is a bookstore too, where you can buy storybooks under 100 rupees. Toilets are clean. Air conditioning is a hit or miss at this airport.

Small airport and easily accessible. Can reach gates quickly. Downside very less outlets and restaurants or maybe it was because I was in for a 10pm flight. Clean airport.

Lot of work to do. Airport Is nice and simple with a good structure. All the rest has to be trained, specially young staff and militaries to take care of the clients and to support management

Unprofessional Airport. A lot of screens were simply shut when I arrived. There is no dedicated counter for Airlines Customer Services so if you're flight is delayed you can't speak to anyone at the gates. No utilities shops no pharmacy..

This is not a good international airport if you have to hang about.

Covid jagratha registered passengers n non registered passengers are being handled randomly at the counter instead of seggregating them

Very good airport in Kerala, newly constructed with new features and good design. Airport situated very close to Trivandrum city and the local transportation is so easy.

It is always crowded in the morning time due the arrival of flights from Middle East. It is the nearest international airport for the people from south Tamilnadu. Lot of connecting flights are available.

The staffs are very helpful and cooperative. The Airport is well maintained. The restrooms are neat and clean. Huge area allotted for parking.

Designed very asthetically but not maintained properly.You can find trash here and there. Dry plants and improper canteen facilties for the not so rich type.

Moderate crowd on this airport.. Not so busiest unless for few flights.. Parking available for all kind of vehicles.. Toilets available.. Cab facility available.. Response time is slow..

Decent Airport....not many HiFi facilities available here....waiting area would get a bit congested if there were many people.

Good airport. I am rating it 2 stars because of the poor, domestic facilities. I disliked the arrival terminal where there is crowd and unknown people sleeping at unshaded parking areas.

An OK airport, with ok service. Design is not so nice. Don't sit at this particular seat near Sip & Snack. Air-conditioning is leaking.

Thiruvananthapuram International Airport is a great place to travelers, I think this is a secure place to waiting for families of the Arriving travelers, The most important thing, there are very clean and clear atmosphere, And always everyone can enjoy and see the Airplanes take-off

The most neglected stepchild among all Kerala airport, vested interests have always hampered this airport from reaching its full potential. Super slow baggage handling is a problem. Boarding from here is pretty decent and you'll be in like a breeze. But God forbid you gotta land here! The usual formalities are smooth and fast but then you reach the luggage area and the nightmare begins! People have to wait for hours for their luggage to arrive on the carousel. Really pathetic.

Have been to Jaipur, Delhi, Bangalore and Kochi but have not been to a sweet airport like this. Small, has everything that's required and well maintained. It has prepaid stand for taxi and auto inside the airport to help tourists like us. Overall it's good

It's a Big International Airport located at the state capital of Kerala, airport have direct flights to major indian cities, also have the international flights, have all type stalls at the airport, nice clean airport area, the traffic day by day growing from here, Airport such a nice.
