Pretty decent airport. There was low crowd in this airport. International and national terminals are there. Good facilities for parking. The Customer service are also kind to the disabled and Handicap People. Baby care room is there. Offers free WiFi for 30 min for each mobile connection per day. waiting area would get a bit congested if there were many people. There are no ATMs inside. Something needed to be improved. Averagely good service.

Really efficient - got through everything without having to wait too long.

Traveling to Dubai from Trivandrum international airport through Covid times. Luckily only our flight was scheduled during that 2-3 hours. No Xray checks done in front, give baggage to Indigo counter and then they check for return permit, visa validity, Covid certificate, return ticket if in tourist visa, take back filled form given at the entrance when vh gives your personal details. During check in Indigo also provides one kit containing face mask, shield. Immigration and security was easy as less crowd, but be prepared to lower mask when asked during immigration entry and exit after stamping. Security check is done but no stamping on boarding pass, have to keep all electronic items on tray.
Boarding - temperature check is again done together with passport check.
Overall be engaged for 2-2.5 hours for the flight.
No separate queue for web check in as all would have done the web check in process.

Beach is very good but no basic services are there like fresh water tap where bath can be taken after sea bath. Although it is very close to town but commuters are negligible. Tourism can be developed at this spot. A public transport can improve situation

I dont know how Delhi airport allowed us to take pepper spray in our handbag and when checking in to Trivendrum airport they dissallowed us to take the same. The police staff is also so much rude here. They were literally yelling at us like they want to fight. Pathetic staff people as they dont understand proper english and syas that sorry sir we are new here. Overall we had a bad experience here.

Uber doesn't ply. Organized mafia of cab and rickshaw operators fleecing passengers.

Its one of the best airports in the India. But be little early before your flight as it might take little time in security check because of crowd and long queues. Rest maintenance and service is simply superb. It is very easy to navigate through the airport. There are people everywhere to help you with. There are ample amount of eateries and places to shop inside the airport. Also the transportation facility is great to and fro city.

Sufficient parking facility...pretty well infrastructure and etc.

It's not one of the best airports in India as people are saying...Delhi airport is the best, next comes Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad....but this one's very peaceful

One of the well built and maintained airports. Even though it's not big,u have everything in place. A major hub flights for Gulf sector as well as for domestic one.

Departing flights are always delay from this airport.

Nice airport ...well maintained....wifi is very difficult to get coonected since they are made easy for vodafone customers....need to change settings inorder to get wifi in other networks....bathrooms are neat and cleaned regularly....various shops are available inside the airport....

International Airport Trivandrum is being upgraded to all amenities at its best and connecting all over the world

Now the airport is a controversial place due to private party taking over the control through a tender process. Both domestic and International terminals are available here. Normally the road near to these place are known for its traffic blocks. Some shopping malls are being constructed near to the airport. Of course duty free shops are available inside the air port. Liquor is also available. If you want to visit the place pay Rs. 100/- and enter into the airport. Sangumukham is the nearest beach

It is maintained well. Only thing is you have to arrange a place for disposal of PPE kits. It is strewn around in toilets.

This is the 2nd best airport in kerala after nedumbassery..they have numerous flight from here.. Airport is very neat and clean. Restrooms are well maintained.. They dont have a proper restaurant in the airport..various brands are not available. Hope they will start everything soon..

It is a major airport in Kerala but smaller than Kochi Airport.The security, safety and service here are all good

Thiruvananthapuram international Airport is helpful to southern part of Kerala,espcialy for Kollam, Thiruvananthapuram District and also for Kanyakumari,Tirunelveli districts of Tamilnadu.

Posh new terminal for trivandrum...a brand new face to one of the oldest airports in India

Had a nice experience when reached the place. We can see the sea from the flight and it was a wonderful scene.

It the a beautiful airport i have ever seen....clean and nice place...there is so much parking for all types of vehicles..and lots of space of each type of vehicles....

The airport is very good and nicely maintained. There is a difficulty in getting App taxi at airport once you come out. There are no sign marks. Local taxi drivers are unfriendly.

Convenient location for south Kerala and helping us avoid the Kochi traffic helps in avoiding missing flights. Taxi and parking service is amazing as well. Well functioning place.

Nice and clean airport, beautifully decorated for Christmas and New year. Visual treat for travellers. Rest facilities are as good as other air ports. Battery car for patients, that is much required and well appreciated.

I love Trivandrum not the airport. I remember it every day only because of its greenery

At security check it is usual practice to keep laptop separately but here they ask watch, charges also to keep it separate which is an inconv.

Trivandrum international airport maintaining a high level standards with in their limitations. Ground staff are very friendly. The only bad thing on international arrival after the immigration clearance passenger are getting stranded due to one baggage scanning machine.
