Only difficulty is that all the employees doesnt know english... Most of them only knows malayalam as Kerala's mother tounge is malayalam
But trivandrum is a city with a tones of tourist sites lots of tourist comes here and Most of them doesnt know malayalam.
I whould suggest them to correct this issue by giving jobs to those who knows more than one language
Mostly all the tourists knows english and so give priority to those who can atleast understand english.

I had very bad experience during the last week while my luggage lock was broken intentionally by the ground handling staff at TVM airport . I urge all passengers to take atmost care with their bags as there is lot of crooks who try to break into the bags to make quick wins .

Once you are in the lounge the word 'International' comes into application and stands as a prerogative for the vendors to charge exorbitantly- that is ten times the normal rate. A simple snack would cost more than a hundred Indian rupee. From there onwards we are in a foreign country; and hence charged in parity with dollar rates. Rest everything is okay.

Small and efficient airport.

Small and efficient airport.
If you have passed the entrance, you can not leave the airport. This is normal all over India.

Staff should be polite. Building structure should be neat and classy. We can even see weird welding spots on steel columns. An international airport like this should be more concerned about quality in every nooks and corners. Besides some big banners and photos placed random in the airport theres no themes in interior design.

Less number of international flights affect the schedules of passengers. People now have to give even 400% of the earlier costs and hence they prefer to catch flights from Kochi. Service has to be improved to sustain.
