Of course Munson is a military facility, however I don't think you'd find a better run organization civilian or military. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to come here for routine checkups, labs, and such
Although it took more than 3 weeks to schedule an appointment for a fractured tailbone (ended up going to Nextcare out the gate for a diagnosis) the staff here are generally friendly and do what they can to help despite being understaffed. At the very least we can appreciate their emphatic demneaor.
U can never get in to see your PCM, and then have to explain everything over to someone else. The doctors are never on the same page, I hate going up there.. I wish my son could see someone off post.
I am US Navy retired, and the Munson Army Health Center staff always make me feel like I'm a 4-star General when I arrive! Outstandingly fast, prompt and courteous service that I actually look forward to getting my medical treatments here. You folks treat people RIGHT - keep up the great work.
Kudos to this new drive through pickup during this COVID-19 crisis. They have this down to a science. Efficient and fast, lines of cars move fast and all of the runners are doing a great job. Thank you for all you do for us, especially the retirees
Long, tedious process for scheduling appointments and especially picking up prescriptions at the pharmacy. I've been turned away twice for vaccinations that I'd missed previously because they preferred that I shedule another checkup with shots. Doctors and nurses have been very friendly and kind. All informative and understanding but a few things could use a little reform.
The staff are great and friendly. They always go above and beyond, however the pharmacy is horrible. Only while stationed at Leavenworth in my 21 years of service have I been late or behind on medication. The soul reason is due to this pharmacy making the process difficult
I am literally here watching the pharmacy fill up with 4 people....4!! I've been waiting 20 minutes to just turn in a prescription and the windows have people chatting and shuffling paperwork with apparently only 1 window open.
The staff are friendly and helpful, wait time at the pharmacy is usually less than 10 minutes. Super friendly pediatrics staff. Both of my children really like their pediatrician.
I wouldn t even give them a star if I could. Getting an appointment is nearly impossible, and they won t work with you if you only want lab work.
