La Redoute became a company not to recommend or use.
The online store sells which it then has no stock of. It does promotions where it informs the availability of the products, but then does not send them because they are supposedly sold out, although the store keeps them as available. Products that promise to ship later, as soon as they are in stock, are not shipped after all.
The customer complains and shows proof of all this and La Redoute unilaterally cancels the orders, without sending chips to the customer and not even responding to emails.

A shame, a company with this market placement, has adopted these dishonest business practices.

If you continue to work with DPD you will lose customers.
DPD does not deliver properly.
They come to the address but they don't even touch the company. They limit themselves to saying that no one was to receive the order.
I will never send anything from La Redoute again as long as the carrier is DPD.
Very disappointed.

They sent me a shirt without a label, as if it were a second hand ... I made the comment on the order, also stating that the color does not match and I received an email stating the following: "Our team read the analysis and appreciates your contribution, even though it doesn't comply with all the guidelines on our website. Thanks for sharing it and we hope that next time we can publish it "

This week I was going to buy a piece of clothing that cost 53 , I put it in the cart.
Yesterday I was going to finalize the purchase and I had 15% discount plus free shipping, but the piece cost 68 now. I think it's embarrassing.

I made a purchase and this has not arrived after 15 days.

I tried to call and no one answers, on the 2 phone numbers. Too many times, at different times, NOTHING
I tried to send a pre-defined email on the site and it doesn't follow .... NOTHING
I sent email to the general and until now, after days, answer ... NOTHING
