We have been working with multisafepay for almost 2.5 years now. It is a nice partner for the payments from our webshop. The most important thing for us is that there is a good helpdesk that responds accurately, at the moment something is not clear with a payment, for our or for the one who ordered on our webshop.

For several years our Lightspeed webshop has been working with payments via Multisafepay. This goes to great satisfaction. The costs are very reasonable compared to other PSPs, the back office is simple and the support is fast and effective. Switching from our previous PSP to Multisafepay went smoothly. Multisafepay also continues to innovate and improve, which is important in a rapidly changing sector such as the internet.

I would like to share with the community a five stars review about Multisafepay and especially their integration team. We run for our customers a few WooCommerce, Prestashop 1.6 and 1.7 e-commerce sites and they technically overachieve They are available, they answer your questions with valuable inputs within hours, they are open for discussion and they even accept CRQs on their home-made modules. I have never seen that with any other PSP during the last 12 years. They are "web" minded and not "IT"minded, which makes also a huge difference compared to previous experiences with players like Ogone/Ingenico and Atos. Uncomparable. Now guys, please, stay at the top. When you go on performing, we can devote all our attention to the business side of our customers and not to PSP modules bug-fixing. Take care.

MultiSafepay is a fine partner of our platform (Het Laatste Tafeltje), with our many payments per day we hardly ever encounter problems with MultiSafepay. For 4 years everything is fine then ....
Here's what happened to us in November with Multsafepay which I have been using for 4 years.
Suddenly they told me that my account is under review and after about a week they ask me for a deposit of 11,000 euros,
Reason? in my e-commerce I have included products with a very high cost and therefore with a high risk of fraud.
Given that in one year the chargebacks received are counted on the fingers of one hand, I considered their requests incorrect as they were made in a key period for those who sell online only 2 weeks before black Friday, I closed the relationship with them.

Don't pay using this scam CC collectors. They collecting the CC information and charging you. After that they deny to refund. Pay attention to the fact that their website have only format SSL certificate, there is no confirmation that they are the real company!

Service is not known at this company. In the case of claims, there is no listening and the account is simply blocked and the money is returned to the customer, without us being given the opportunity to explain it as a customer. Stay away. Enough other and better providers.
