Apex Law LLP Review

Their cost is $100 cheaper than others, but very bad service. What they expected is you pay them and that's it. Whatever you asked, they gave you standard answer (which means not answering you at all). Can you imagine whenever you ask them questions, their reply is always "when you come to our office, lawyer will tells you". After went to their office, they gave wrong instruction, giving wrong documents. Oh ya, their efficiency is so bad that I nearly cannot issue cashier order on time even though I have chase them twice a week. After I said I will get them responsible if the transaction failed, BOOM!!!, they got everything for you the next day. Lastly, when the completion is done, you ask them question, they will you call whoever contact you to settle it.

They deduct their fees from your CPF, so, they not scare you run away. I guess this is why they can give such a bad service.

Weak lawyers. Poor judgement. Set incomplete expectations. Pls see response from Apex below. We must measure by the outcome - not by the cost. I am now stuck without a way forward and starting from scratch looking for other lawyers.

This Legal services for HDB transactions is cheaper compared to market price and their service is good.

For the house I bought in 2017, I found APEX as a legal document! Very responsible law firm. I made an appointment in advance, and I went through the documents with the law firm and Denney and lived in a new house in 2018! thank! recommend!

Probably due to the cheaper rate, the service they provide compare to other law firms might be poorer, especially their email response time. Weeks gone by and no reply at all. Their staff might be over worked or probably just heck care. If timeline is cutting very close, it will get to your nerves.
For HDB matters, you can probably use them for very straight forward transaction since there are so many good reviews before me. Anything slightly different than the usual sales process like additional terms or conditions, you are better off paying someone more and get the response you need. Especially for unusual cases, they are not able to provide solutions for you. You have to crack you brain and make things work. Bascially, you are paying for them to do standard legal admin work.

Not really my kind of law firm. Engaged other law firms before, pricer but at least you get the answers and solutions you need.

On the plus side, Johnathan is a funny guy. You will have a good time chatting with him.

My new BTO flat conveyancing was done with Apex Law LLC and I was served by Ms Freda Teo. I am very pleased with the services rendered by Apex Law and in particular Ms Teo for the professionalism & efficiency in getting the job done. Within 0.5 day after finalizing payment with HDB, I receive notification to collect my keys. Throughout the conveyancing of my new HDB flat, Apex law knew exactly what to do, and has clearly demonstrated their expertise in this field.

A law firm that charges affordable fees for the masses does not mean substandard work . Apex law quoted me 20% lower that what other law firm quoted me, and although apprehensive at first I was proven wrong. I was quoted $X in January 2019, and was exactly billed $X in May 2019, no hidden cost.

The law firm office is convenient located near HDB hub, modest office but exhibit a very welcoming vibe. When I walked into the law firm, Mr Sega was smiling and gives a welcoming atmosphere.
