We love it, the voice quality is unbelievable, i used VOIP before but this is by far the best, almost have to wonder if the person on the other end didn't drop from the call as it is so quiet! we had some minor admin issues on setting up some hunt groups but the people at Grid 4 were very helpful to get us thru these and even the CEO Dominic got involved to help us out

The one thing I can say about my experience with Grid 4 was I was very impressed by the customer service and their attention to detail. I am a small business owner and admittedly very green to the telecommunications aspect of business and they offered me turn-key solutions customized for my needs. This offered me more time to work on my business rather then in my business allowing me to focus on the main goal, growth. Its good to see company's like this still exist, its seems to be more and more, few and far between these days.
Had to switch to AT&T, do to there slow internet. They then refused to point our phone number to the new AT&T line, unless we pay the $18,000 for switching to AT&T. we then lost service for 3 days many customers lost
