Multifamily management inc. Review

I ve been at Teakwood Village for almost 7 years. A hard rain flooded every downstairs apt. I ve been waiting for new carpet for 7 years. I have electrical issues. One of the property manager tried to fight residents when she is caught sleeping with their spouses. Maintenance crews never fix anything as my dishwasher has been out for one 3 year. Termites are eating through my back wall. My back door will not close due to foundation shifting among a host of other issues to include mold in the flooded apartments.

THIEVES!!! This company does not pay their vendors or honor any agreement they enter into. Come to find out the property owner never knew they weren't paying the bills, just taking bonuses for themselves! Pretty sure they are getting sued!

Diserves a zero. This company does not pay their vendors in a timely fashion. My family has been waiting for a check over a month now. This happens every year around the holidays. Christmas is always slim. Thanks

Working for this company has been a wonderful experience thus far. I have been here a little over 6 months and have been very supported the whole way. Leasing was a new venue for me and I constantly receive positive reinforcement and education whenever I want or need it. They truly care about both the residents and staff equally.

Worked for this company as a manager. Upper management & owners do not listen. If staff does not want to comply with rules & regulations they will band together, make up lies and get you fired! It has happened to more than one person at this property. They would rather let the property go downhill than listen to the residents.

Terrible company, brother-in-law had a contract to paint there and they made the apartments he painted showcase to attract new renters. Then they sold the building and never paid what was owed and put my family in a financial crisis. They lie and find ways to scam you!

As a current employee of about 8 years now, I recommend working for Multifamily Management. The corporate staff is supportive and they are good about promoting from within. I love my job and my coworkers. Company culture is centered around Teamwork and the annual Company conference is something I look forward to every year. Pay is competitive and benefits package is also a perk.

Multifamily Management Inc. is a great company to work for! This company is like family to me and I have enjoyed working for them the past 16 years. They always give me the support I need to do my job to the best of my ability and the education needed in order to excel and perform on my property. This company truly cares not only about their employees, but they genuinely care about the residents. Looking forward to a great future with Multifamily Management Inc.
