I ve been at Teakwood Village for almost 7 years. A hard rain flooded every downstairs apt. I ve been waiting for new carpet for 7 years. I have electrical issues. One of the property manager tried to fight residents when she is caught sleeping with their spouses. Maintenance crews never fix anything as my dishwasher has been out for one 3 year. Termites are eating through my back wall. My back door will not close due to foundation shifting among a host of other issues to include mold in the flooded apartments.
