Absolutely terrible company. They do not care one bit about their customers. Every time you have an issue, instead of trying to resolve it, they just apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Their prices are ridiculously high, and they take advantage of the people in Swaziland, because a majority of them are not so tech savvy.

Let's not even begin to talk about customer support. Outrageous holding times, clueless support representatives (their tech team didn't know what tethering meant).

Pity they're the only provider in Swaziland. Otherwise, I can guarantee they'd be run out of business.

I liked that the security guard at the gate didn't give me too much of a hard time. This is unusual when you're trying to get into a company's headquarters. This was good because I wasn't even going to be there for a long time.

There were two more security guards at the car park and they helped me find a parking spot. I love being attended to in an unfamiliar environment so I give them a big thumbs up for this. Since I was only there for a short while, I didn't get the chance to go into the building.

I don't appreciate being subscribed to services without my consent and being charged for them without opting in. Then I have to waste my time calling in order to get my money back. I have had to call 4 times for the same issue. I was told I would receive an email confirming that the issue was resolved. It's been over a week with no follow up. What a joke.
