I would advice any one to stay away from them just based on other reviews i read about his company I would give them 0 stare but their is no option
The rates are cut throat prices. I would shop elsewhere at MDC Vacuum or at Kurt J. Lesker who offers better products for the same price. The customer support guy had hard time understanding even the Item number from their own webpage.
I would strongly caution new faculty who may get lured to buy mti products due to low prices as I did. The actual products are of way poor quality than what you see on the website. The technical and customer support is extremely poor as many of the employees don't understand English. Never buy any bigger product otherwise you will end up buying it again from another vendor.
Parts support for apparatus purchased from them is poor, documentation for products such as furnaces is poor ( no schematics ) and there is no support at all for second owners of MTI apparatus.
