Nicki Cramer is the best realtor in Raleigh. If she cannot find it, it does not exist. If she cannot sell it, it should not have been sold. Ethics and professionalism describe her and her firm from start to finish.
Trevor is a super nice guy. Amazing communicator that checked in with me the perfect amount and was available night and day. He did his research, provided me with concrete data and numbers in an organized user friendly way and helped me decide on the price to list my home. Knowledgeable and always ready to find answers to my questions. I can honestly say that selling my home w Trevor as my realtor was easy and enjoyable. He did all the heavy lifting. Oh... he even showed up with a bottle of wine when I went to sign closing papers at the buyers attorney office.
DreamLiving was the listing agency for a house we purchased in Cary. Ray was the lead sales agent. Scam artist and deceitful are two appropriate words to describe Ray and DreamLiving. At no time during our entire transaction did we have an honest conversation with Ray. It was a pretty simple transaction, a for-closure and an "As-is" sale from fanny mae. However, there are a few things that a house is required to have to be able to "sell" 1. it needs to be secure 2. all essentials such as heat, water and sewer need to be in working order. After our home inspection, we found that 1. the garage doors needed to be fixed and 2. the first floor furnace needed to be fixed or replaced to meet the criteria above. #1 was fixed, however, cheapskate Ray (and he knows he is/was being dishonest) told us and our realtor that the issue was resolved and that heat was working on the first floor, this in Dec. mind you. He call our Realtor in the middle of our closing and tells us the is not working but he wanted to ensure the closing was still going forward. we were stuck with an unknown at the last minute with potential costly outcomes if we chose to delay, Ray told our realtor that they would send an HVAC person out there to fix the issue. Fast forward, we get to our house the heat is not working, the HVAC person shows up, and cant fix the issue for a week, and here is the kicker, he was told that we the homeowners would cover the service call by.. you guessed it Ray!! Our Realtor called Ray, his response, they should be happy, they have heat on the other two floors, in Dec, with a pregnant wife and a 2 year old we had no heat on the first floor of our house during one of the coldest spells of the year. Thanks Ray! Glad you made you 10K commission (and saved yourself 85$ for not paying a service call) you POS. Let this be fair warning of the type of people that work here. they will go the extra mile to screw you over!

Trevor is so amazing! I began my search about 3-4 months ago and he was extremely patient through the entire process. He showed me a whole spread of houses that lined up with what I was looking for and gave honest feedback about which would be the best for my long-term investment.

My husband and I first met Ginger from DreamLiving four years ago when we were trying to find a home in Apex. I'm tempting Murphy's Law by posting this before closing, but so far, this has been the easiest home purchase experience I have ever had by far. We have been working with Laura T. on the purchase of our home and she has been phenomenal. Laura is super responsive, knowledgeable, and I truly believe that her experience and expertise is what got us the home we wanted while competing against multiple other offers. We found the house on Zillow on Saturday morning and put in a showing request. Laura is who called us back. We saw the house on a Saturday afternoon and made an offer Sunday morning (accepted Monday afternoon). It is now Wednesday and the contract has been signed by all parties, all inspections have been scheduled (septic, home, well, surveyor, appraisal), she hooked us up with a flooring guy that we will meet on Friday, and all agreements for these services have already been signed. She has been patient and provided detailed responses to our many questions (we've never owned property with a well or septic tank) and she found a potential property issue that would have affected our financing, giving us time to switch lenders and still get the house. I have no doubt that with less detailed realtors, that issue wouldn't have been noticed and we would've gotten substantially through the process before losing our financing for this small detail. We've only been working with Laura for 5 days and I cannot say enough good things about her. You want Laura to help you purchase a home, I promise.
Just closed on our house today - thanks to Trevor!! He was very knowledgeable of the area and the entire process. We loved this house immediately and he got our offer in quickly which helped get in front of other interested buyers. Thanks to his expertise and diligence we worked out all details/minor repairs with sellers and closed in 21 days. Great personality and very professional- he kept us fully updated through the entire process and we felt really comfortable reaching out to him when necessary. Would recommend Trevor without a doubt.
