On the evening of January 9th At approximately 6 PM I was traveling with my family of six individuals northbound on I 225. I was in the number one lane doing approximately 75 miles an hour when a set of headlights came up very quickly behind me. I sped up to create some distance between myself and the vehicle behind me only to see that that vehicle sped up as well and continue to tail no more than 10 to 15 feet off the back of our minivan. The vehicle swerved out from behind us to the right speeding past us with his window down his arm (middle finger) and head fully extended out the window looking backwards and screaming profanity at the top of his lungs while simultaneously swerving back in front of us into the number one lane causing us to suddenly break. We did absolutely nothing to provoke this individual as we were just driving and minding our own business. He proceeded to speed forward moving in and out of traffic. I had my wife and four children all under the age of six in the car at the time to witness this heinous behavior. I called the company and spoke with the manager, Ernie Sotolongo, he promised me that he would take care of it although I m not satisfied to this point that anything has been done. The vehicle was truck number 317 and they identified the driver who still is unknown to me.
I m a reasonable person and had I been in the car by myself I may not be as upset as I am but to see someone with such disgusting behavior with no regard for himself or anyone else to act that way with no consequences is inexcusable. The worst part about the whole experience and the main reason for leaving this review is that MTech Mechanical did absolutely nothing to address my concerns. It's one thing to have a reckless, irresponsible employee but it speaks volumes about the company and its administration when nothing is done about it.
