This company Mtech Mechanical is amazing and Amazing to work for .i was a temp to hire for couple months and i LOVED working there.i had the best teaching and teachers for the knowledge needing to know to do the best for the company i worked in the sheet metal shop and the crew of men i worked for are the best and Lou my boss was great as well very understanding and also shows boss additude and great person to have for a boss, Miguel and joey the shop floor manager's are super demanding for perfection and not in a bad way either for example,need to get the job done safetly but on time and done right and if you happen to mess up its never the end of the world they help and guide you to learn and make corrrect steps to fix the problem and look for it next time ! Such a great place unfortunately i wasnt able to stay due to slowing down of work and hours.but i do hope to be back and be apart this great company 5 stars all the way !!! Miss you guys in the sheet metal shop! Thank you for everything
