The offices are professional and maintained in good condition. The staff is also professional, very responsive, and pleasant. They also offer periodic social and networking events, which is a nice bonus!

The Regus facilities our small startup company used for a short term office were small, severely overpriced, and inadequate information was provided. The staff failed to inform us that rent would be charged ahead of time, or that hidden exit fees for arbitrary purposes would be charged after we moved out. No accommodations were made and no discussion was possible. Paying $60-80 per square foot in this market is 3 or 4 times the average rate and few services were provided. Ultimately, we could have rented a larger space for a fraction of the rent with far better terms. This establishment is abusive of small companies trying to get off the ground and takes advantage of those who cannot sign long term leases. We were disgusted with the lack of flexibility and how fees kept being charged, even after moving out. If at all possible, we would strongly suggest finding other, more straight forward options for short term leasing.

No maintenance on site. Slow to repair. Limited coffee/tea. Mediocre.

The Staff at the Regus Location in Durham were always willing to help. They provided additional assistance for meeting spaces, additional access / key requests at the last minute and consistently went out of their way to ensure the meeting space was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend them!

The staff is professional and courteous. Our conference room was perfect to fit our needs.
