I would not even give one star but had to to give a review. They will get you in the door telling you they can insure something and then after they get the money tell you that it cant be done so were canceling you, sorry no refund. Funny my last and new insurance company was able to insure the car. Dont do it......

I like doing business with them because they have access to multiple carriers and can shop for best value for me, saving me from calling multiple agents and giving same info over and over for a quote, saving me time AND money! I can email Traci and she responds within 1 business day, usually sooner.

The company has completely changed In the past couple years. The old owner made sure customers were taken care of. Now, there is no customer service. They offer low introductory prices, but the price doubles or even triples after the first year, and there is no warning or notice that it is happening. You get a new bill with a new total and attitude when you call to ask about it.

I was with Germania for home owners insurance and Tracy Orosco was able to get my rate from germania $1800 a year down town $1000 and same coverage! Great customer service and so much saved.

Would not use ever again. They get you with low price and triple price the following year and hope you dont notice. Would give no star if it was option.

I just left this company 2 days ago. Found another agent and got my same exact policy for $520 less per year.

I'm pretty sure the 5 star reviews are fabricated. This place has no.customer service and this was verified when I talked to Sylvia on the phone. I asked her why her attitude was so bad and that she has no customer service skills. Her response was, "We don't have customer service here."
Me, "LoL. I can see that."
Sylvia, " Do ya now?"

Go somewhere else.

I have worked with 3 companies doing books and they are by far the most professional, efficient and frankly amazing company to work with.

I love these people here. They are very courteous and helpful when I need anything.
