Absolutely incompetent.

Absolutely incompetent.
10 minutes waiting on the phone to be hung up on the nose, I call back for 10 minutes and it sounds busy.
I move and I am very unwelcome, it is hardly if they listen to me to tell me to get a refund on the site!
