Let me tell you about this garbage place and the staff with their "bottled coke". The staff acted like they were each some hot shot six-figure employee when in reality they are just pizza boys who haven't moved out of their parents basement. If antifa had a pizza place this would be the one, the staff screamed liberals who gave the worst attitude for not trying their garbage dessert after eat the bread and sauce they have you called "pizza". Don't expect refills either because it's a bottled coke, he had to make it clear like I didn't know what a bottle was. My friends Bill was 116$ for one 4 peice pizza and some Walgreens wine they serve lol. Please shut it down Adam Sandler.

Excellent service to be called! The food that they served was so delicious. The pizza was a so damn great and the pasta as well. The place was so spacious and it was very cleaned. What a nice place to enjoy! I can extremely recommend you to everyone. Good job, guys! A big hand to all of you, guys! See you next time!

This place is AMAZING. Everything here is good, but the pizza is what makes me keep coming back. I've been here a number of times, both eating at the restaurant and getting takeaway. Both means of experiencing the food is great, but staying at the restaurant is preferred. Know that you should definitely have a reservation before going, as without one on most nights you'll wait for nearly an hour before sitting, if at all. Sometimes the bar will open up and you can sit there, but it's unlikely. The staff is great and the food amazing, completely justifying the high price ($16-$25 for pizzas that are best one per person).

Awesome spot for pizza. We ordered "The Don" (Sausage pepperoni and meatball) it came out perfect. The Cesar salad is huge so it's large enough for two people to share. As for tHe pizza crust supports the toppings so no sag and everything gals in your lap. Unfortunately no Tabasco or Ranch dressing were available. Second visit to this location and the service was as excellent as the first time.

I was ripped off. I came in with my husband for a take away. We chose a pizza together, in from of the cashier. We payed TWENTY EIGHT freaking dollars for a pizza which is smaller than a personal size. It was 4 small pieces of pizza.
In what word this costs 28USD??
Also, if they saw 2 people choosing a pizza together - why not tell us the pizza is small? Obviously we intended to share it.
Bottom line, I aid 28 USD for 2 bites of pizza.
It wasn't even that good.

Having been to 50 of the 101 restaurants on the LA Times list, I was eagerly awaiting my trip to Pizzaria Mozza. Sadly, this was the single biggest disappointment I have had. All the food was delicious. However, the service was so slow. It took 35 minutes for my salad to arrive. Then the burrata pizza then arrived lukewarm. Despite my polite complaints, never once did I get an apology from my server Edith or the staff. It was like nothing bad happened. Edith simply mentioned that she would bring it up with her manager.

A restaurant that is in the conversation for the city s best cannot have a service lapse this bad. I urge people to steer away until they fix things up or order to go.

Very cozy place to get pizza, plus the best fried cauliflower I've ever had!
We stopped by the bar at their nicer (sister?) restaurant around the corner beforehand. Pretty good selection of pizzas to choose from. One pizza + two appetizers was more than enough for two people.

I've been wanting to go here for a long time, and within the last 4 months I've been there twice. I have not been disappointed yet. Parking is dicey, so just pay the valet! If you want a table, I'd think about a reservation. But they have a little bar that seems to have enough turnover to grab a spot if it's just 1 or 2.

Pizza and the scene at this location is super good. I love this place always quality food & service. The staff was very helpful and observant. This place has a nice atmosphere. They have so many good reviews for a reason.

Came here with some friends quite some time ago because of BuzzFeed. The place is okay and you can definitely tell the ingredients are fresh. The portions are small and overpriced for my liking. Plus the waiter dropped the pizza of a friend right in front of him. That incident definitely brought down the experience considerably.

Phenomenal. We specifically drove an hour out of our way on out trip to Redondo to try this place out after seeing Nancy on Chefs table series. Beyond ecstatic that we did. Our wine sommelier was fa rustic Nd the food and pizza beyond what we expected.

Some of the best pizza we have ever had! Be sure to make reservations. Light and airy crust with wonderful, simple flavor. Fresh and quality ingredients. Loved how the anchovies were put on post cooking. Service was to notch!

Pizza is not bad but the other dishes like bone marrow and mozza caprese with pane bianco are where it's at. The pizza sauce is sweet but the thin crust falls apart a bit too easily. Heard about this place from a lot of folks --surprised if this is the best pizza LA has to offer?

Best pizza in... THE WOOOOOOOORLD, if you're in the mood for crunchy, thin crust pies with traditional and/or refined toppings. Bold salads, good appetizers, and anchovies for days. Wine list is pretty good, but beer list is just okay. Staff are all great, but can be in a bit of rush to turn tables over. Not really their fault, since this place has been bumping since the day it opened.

Pizza is great, $10 valet charge isn't, so park up the block if you can avoid it.

I loved the pizza here, date I say, it's my favourite in America so far! It's the size of a personal pizza, it was made on a thin crust with premium ingredients, and cooked perfectly. My bf got the meatball pizza, the meatballs were seasoned to perfection. Reservations aren't required but preferred.

The food is amazing. However, there are small portion sizes & I had a terrible server. She was so rude! Its unfortunate because the food is really good, but the price for small portions & bad service won t have be having me a regular.

Sit at the Pizza counter to watch the Pizzaiolos in action. It's quite entertaining. Once your order is taken you will be given wax paper with four crispy bread sticks inside. These may be some of the best bread sticks you have ever tasted. They are made fresh daily at the nearby La Brea Bakery. Owner Nancy Silverton owns both establishments.

Nancy s chopped salad is a mound of shredded red onions, cherry tomatoes, salami, aged provolone, garbanzo beans, iceburg lettuce and pepperchinis. The radicchio gives the salad a bitter taste, while the pepperchinis give it a zip.

Of course order a couple pizzas. The most requested pizza on the menu is a fennel sausage smoothed with panna (cream) and lit up with red onions and scallions. Smush the sausage with your fork into the pizza crust to get the full flavor of the fennel and sausage meat.

Nancy s pizza dough took her over one year to perfect. It s not a traditional Neapolitan crust and it s not fancy. The dough is simple and baked in the pizza oven. The edges are darker in color than most pizza crusts. For those who eat pizza, but leave the edges of the crust on the plate, you won t do that here. It s too delicious.

Save room for the butterscotch Budino. It s luscious and lovely with one of Nancy s delicate rosemary pine nut cookie. The sweet butterscotch is embellished with a sprinkling of sea salt on the top. A sweet ending to a fine meal.

Amazing service and great food/wine. I typically go here for wine but just tried a few dishes on my last visit. Owner always has amazing suggestions for wine picks. Great music performers upstairs if you want some entertainment.
The dishes we got:
The burrata: Warm cheese, soooo good with toasted baguette. I can't tell you how annoyed I am if a restaurant doesn't take the time to warm their bread. And the grilled tomatoes just topped it off!
Prosciutto Arugula salad: delicious, lightly dressed salad with avocados, cucumbers and
Mushroom flatbread: very tasty and topped with arugula. I love any place that adds arugula to a lot of dishes. More greens please!

Let me also say, my favorite menu item is the: "Chips and Madzun". Traditional middle eastern snack of just yogurt and chips. But I LOVE that its served here. Hilarious!

This is a great place! The atmosphere is nice. They have some unique dishes here. I would highly recommend their Brussels sprouts. Everything tastes amazing, those are just a favorite. A little pricey but the quality, portions & customer service warrant the little extra money.

I'm giving this place 5 stars for the complimentary desert that they served me when I showed up and their restaurant was closed due to a sewage issue. The last time I came here they were closed because the block lost electricity. Pizza isn't in the cards for me.

In July of 2018 the maitre d' refused to seat my mother, aged 90, as we waited for the rest of our party to arrive for a 5:30 pm reservation. She was faint and upset by the noise and needed immediate attention. The bartender noticed, and offered her both water and seated her at the table closest to his bar. I begged the maitre d' and manager to allow us to sit at our table, as I knew the remainder of our party was nearby. They refused. I wrote a detailed letter of complaint to the owner, Nancy Silverton, and received no response, nor apology, nor assurance this would never happen again. While the food may be above average, the service and caring was abysmal. I will never return.

I love Pizza. I grew up in NJ. Been to NY. I appreciate quality. $20 for a small pie is absurd. No toppings. Just a simple cheese and tomato pizza. Not even enough for two people to share. Bottom was a little over done and crust lacked salt. Sauce was bland. Totally disappointed. Next time will try something other than a pizza.

I totally didn't mind this diner, the food is fantastic, plus the restrooms were clean. It was a little cold indoors, so yeah, it was not the very best. The wait is excellent. I will definitely consider going back again if I get the chance. Me and also my friend bought the sandwiches and also we were not let down. My one tip is to maintain the chilly exterior. Laters!

Great spot! It's perfect for a casual date dinner that feels a little fancier and special than the norm. It gets a little crowded which can be slightly disruptive but the pizza is amazing and I don't drink but my friends raved about the wine choices.

The bread is incredible. Crunchy and buttery w enough salt to bring out all the flavor. The pepper appetizer was the best nite we had. The meatballs were unreal. Seriously, this place is worth it. Very very good.
