Stayed one night for a concert. The room was very comfortable, bit of a weird Wii style remote for the interactive TV. Had drinks in the lobby bar and visited the basement Spa,both very good.

great service, the staff was very friendly and they were so nice with me and my family. I stayed there 2 nights, the bedrooms were spacious, the view was wonderful. I am so glad I have chosen them.

It looks impressive and it isn't cheap but the inside is somewhat underwhelming. Our room was ok at best, nothing special but a little worn and shabby as was the overall look of the hotel. Enjoyed the gym and it was nice to relax in the spa but the pool is very small and even with the refurbishment, when you looked higher than a meter in the changing rooms for example, you could see paint crumble.
Service was professional and polite.
No parking at the hotel was an annoyance and they should perhaps make a discount deal with a nearby car park.
Wifi connection was good in the room and also in the gym on lower ground floor.
Overall in my opinion it wants to appear more than it is and I wouldn't stay again as it's not really worth it.

I have never stayed there but I have organised events there for 350 people and they are great to work with. Some problems, but these are quickly ironed out as long as you keep good communication with the staff there.

Rooms were very good and cleaned daily, and the cleaners navigated the mess well. Bathrooms were of no issue and the facilities were spot on. No odd smell in the room for me, although my relative's had something of water damage. I suppose thats the catch-22 of England lol.

I had an event held here a couple months back. All of my things were stolen from me, including my coat! I am still, till this day, very upset about my loss. I found that the catering staff seemed very unprofessional on the day. Security on the night were very unfriendly and had little sympathy. They did nothing to help on the night nor the day after when I came in to speak to the manager. When I spoke to the manager, he refused to take any responsibility, nor offer any help. I am appalled of the service and the way that I was treated. I will never step foot in this hotel again.
