Mountain Springs is a great non-denominational church with outstanding worship, solid messages and a dynamic youth group on Wednesdays. They also have one of the biggest AWANA programs in the state. We love it there!

Before I get into my experiences with MSC, I want to first respond to a one star reviewer that said she felt sad that there was no sense of real longing for God. 1) I completely respect your right to review my church in that way, I wish you would ve stayed but I understand why you didn t, 2) Not every church environment is for everyone. I lived in the south for 12 years, I don t care for organ music. It doesn t mean that those churches lacked the presence or longing for God. Saying a church isn t for you due to worship styles or preaching styles, I totally understand. But one thing you can t accuse MSC of, is not longing for God. I have been coming to MSC for just over a year and in that time I have found my place with the Lord, I was baptized on Easter last year. I have felt closer to God than I have ever felt. Mountain Springs has amazing worship. We rock out with drums, guitars, piano and amazing singers. People raise their hands, clap, whistle and can worship in their comfort zone. I tell my family all the time, when we get to Heaven, I hope Bobby leads worship forever. Our Pastor teaches biblically, truthfully and passionately. Our music may not be for you. Our teachings may not be for you. But don t feel sorry for the people at MSC. God fills our building every time we make a joyful noise. God oversees our actions as we work with our community and our global missions. God rejoices when our children s ministry learns more and more about him. And I know God smiles when Evan is on stage, the youth of our church are so, so fortunate to have him. MSC is amazingly welcoming. I m biased. Come see for yourself.

I have found great acceptance without judgment everytime I walk into the presence of the Lord and His presence is always at Mountain Springs Church. A great place to find community guided towards the glory of God. Excellent groups available from Doing Life Together, Bible study's to Recovery Support group's.

We are military and we move around quite a bit. We have been to a few churches all over. However, Mountain Springs Church is my favorite!

Past churches that we have gone to, it's been about "What can God do for you?", "What do I get out of this?"

At Mountain Springs Church, they ask "What can we do for others?" The sermons are amazing. The preachers are so genuine, that you see God at work in their lives. MSC plays a big role in helping the community, and even though it's a big church, you don't feel that you get lost in the crowds.

There is security at the church, and the children's Sunday School is great. My kids (4, 6 and 8) have a great time, and learn lessons that they can apply in their lives.

I visited the foodbank not the worship centre. The people there were nice and helped us through the paperwork and understood that being in a cast due to diabetic wounds I couldn't stand in some long line without impeding any further healing. A nice change. A great and generous selection of food. including milk. You can't make most of the dry foods foodbanks give you without milk. They understand this. Debt from old medical bills means we have very little in our budget for food. My monthly disability cheque doesn't carry very far anymore with the high prices of food thesedays. Both my wife and I are grateful for the help they have provided. My health as a diabetic suffered greatly from the overwhelming level of starches that elevated my blood sugars that other foodbanks could only furnish. Not their fault. We were overjoyed at the fruits, nuts and vegetables we received. We haven't seen a head of lettuce for years for instance. Guess we went to the wrong places. Now we have two! And other makings for a salad.Cool. I think I'll be much healthier and be able to get my badly needed back surgery sooner now. Until my foot first heals no surgery. We'll try to make the food last and visit once a month. I have troubles driving. Go figure, with a huge cast on one foot.
My doc said our poor diet was hurting my healing. Hopefully, Not so now that we found this minstry. They also try to find work for younger folk who aren't disabled. Fab! for that. Self respect and humility are also part of a healthy person. I loved working when I still could. Going to check out services too although Mtn Springs is at the complete opposite from where we live. Expensive in terms of gas when you can only fill up once a month.

I like this church because they are very accepting of everyone and they focus on communicating a positive message and they do not focus only on controversial issues like some churches seem to. However my family has been steadily coming here for over a year and i do wish i didnt feel like such a stranger. I suggest this church reach out to their people more and make a better effort to meet people to build relationships.

Probably the best church in town and one of the best we've attended. Great worship team, amazing teaching from Pastor Daniel, and an incredible children's ministry. If you want to interact with other parents, this is the place!

Loved this church before we moved out of state. The services were good and the building was beautiful. The only downfall was that somehow they lost my 4 year old son (this was 6 years ago). Found out he went back to the wrong classroom after their group singing time and the leader never noticed he was missing until we came to pick him up. That was scary for my mommy heart!

If you like singing with a congregation, i.e. hearing them sing or even hearing yourself sing, this is not the place for you. The music is so loud it drowns out all other sound.

The message was good. The pastor was sincere and inspiring. I give him 5 stars.

I think church should be about worshiping together, not listening to a concert so 1 star for that. 3 star average.

Great church. Great messages. Great music. It's so funny to watch past reviews comment on the noise because I was going to say, "turn it up!" It's probably just generational. I'd rather drown out the crowd, I'm not there for them.

As a family that moves a lot because of my work we find ourselves on the hunt for a church "home" every couple of years. The search for a church is always something we dread. While here in Colorado we have visited a lot of churches from Methodist, Presbyterian, Non Denominational, Baptist. We feel we will know when we walk in if it right for us or not, Mountain Springs is on the very short list. Yes the music can be like a concert but it is led by a great and talented worship team. The message was awesome and the people were very friendly and welcoming. After the service while we were talking with someone at the welcome area we noticed the Pastor walking around talking with people, he didn't disappear to that magical place Pastors seem to vanish to. The gentleman at the welcome center answered the questions he had answers for. When asked questions he didn't have the answer for he didn't make up an answer he simply said he didn't know and offered to find someone who would have the answer. The only thing stopping us from making this our church home while here in CS is there were a few (very few for us) that were on the short list before we found MSC. This place is definitely worth a visit.

I started coming to Mountain Springs after driving by and seeing the sign on Woodman. 4 years later it's mine and my families home. I love our culture, relaxed atmosphere and focus on God. We have a great cafe for fellowship and coffee.

I want to come visit because of the 1 star review about the loud worship music ! I did not find it loud at all. It was quite mellow really. I was in the Spirit and saw vision of His majesty. I think if you are His and you are in Him , you can worship Jesus wherever you go.

I left. It was the concert atmosphere. A Christmas song written in 1862, turned into loud noise, no reverance, no feel of God's presence. No one greeted us. Felt like a coffee shop with loud music. The people all glassy eyed staring at the stage with no sense of community together to worship Jesus. I truly was grieved and felt very sad as there was no sense of real longing for God in this place at all.

Spectacular church. My wife and I went for the first time after being recommended by friends. The staff is great, and you are not bombarded by greeters. The campus is beautiful and clean. The pastor delivered an amazing message. Everyone is down to earth and we will most likely be making this our home church. I recommend a visit!

We love our church. For me, someone who didn't grow up in church, I love it. I want to know the people there. Everyone is so kind. Daniel is great. He's not the pastor that preaches for an hour and dissappears, hes on the floor hanging out talking with people. There's no hassle is one of the things I love, it's very comfortable.
