I received my order, and everything was just pretty as a picture. I have never been disappointed with Mountain Crest Gardens.

Mountain Crest Gardens is awesome. Plants came nicely packaged, they were all labeled, and the care booklet that came with them was so helpful In getting me started. Thank you!

A few plants were damaged because the succulents were sprouting flowers that were crushed under the packing material, but otherwise the other 47/50 were lovely, and that is the nature of shipping cross state sometimes.

For that price, less than $2.00 a piece, free and fast shipping, a lovely and easily maneuverable website, and such beautiful surprise pieces to unwrap, plant and love, were so beyond joyful!

The paintbrush to remove debri from shipping was brilliant idea.

I appreciated the 10% off code coupon in the invoice paper, and I already ordered another 4 pack, and two hanging moss ball planters filled with succulents to hang on the wall, plus free shipping is in the process of fixing my next delight! TY!

my succulent tray came nicely packed and nothing was damaged.
the plants all seemed healthy except for one. I think I was expecting more of a variety of succulents, but most of mine were tall and "leafy" and a few appeared to be "the same " instead of all different.
I would recommend Maountain Crest Gardens, but specify what you want in your order.

You did a great job of getting the plants here in a short time frame, which I appreciate. I love the plants I ordered but am unsure of the right plant for Flamingo as it is greet. But I do see that the pups are coming out pink or peach which is what I wanted. But i the green is going to dominate and it not be the pink plant like your picture, will be disappointed.

Ordering was very easy and shipment was on time. A few of the succulents were a little bruised, almost like they were growing too close to each other, but still very healthy. I am relatively new to growing succulents and happy to do business with such a great company! Thank for the great service Mountain Crest Gardens! I will definitely see you again in the future!

Good nursery to orders plants from. There many hard/rare to find plants and succulents and this place actually selling them . The quality goes handedly with quantity. The shipping and packaging are perfect!

Just from my online plants shopping experience, there two different kinds of nurseries.

The first type of nursery is that the gardeners are diligently works hard to produce the healthiest plants they can produce. With extra care from package and shipping one can t help but noticed such gardeners deeply cares for themselves as well as any things they ever grown.

While the second type of nursery is just done a half fast jobs to get money even they knew such tactics won t retained customers. Unhealthy with barely rooted plants in combination with poorly packaged that make any plants they sell are dead upon arrival!

The former nursery is self sustainable with good reputations as good words of mouths. While the later nursery heavily lost money on any advertising scheme that they can get theirs hands on.

FABULOUS plants. Not only are they healthy and strong, but the 2 day shipping is two days. Ordered early on a Tuesday and I had them by the Thursday class that I was teaching. The sight was easy to navigate and I got my plants in great condition there was a little dirt on them but it was easily cleaned off with a soft brush I am very pleased with my order

I ve received several orders from here. Large size seems to be the way to go, or cuttings. The larger haworthias and sempervivum have been excellent quality.
The 2 pots so far have not been worth it. The echeverias have been very small and in poor shape. They re difficult plants so getting them already wilted doesn t help matters. Some pagoda crassula were incredibly small and barely had roots yet. Sunsparkler sedum was two tiny sprigs- later I found the same variety in a full 5 pot for the same price locally.
Customer service has been good about issuing refunds or store credit, one for the tiny crassula and another that lost all its leaves due to a crushed box. The shipping boxes are usually strong and well-packed, but the plants may be overly dry or not have many roots, so expect dirt everywhere.
Stick with the larger, more established plants, or cuttings/bare root plants for a better experience. Sort their listings by new to find some fun varieties, occasionally small quantities of unusual stuff pops up.

Always in great shape, beautiful little babies I call them. I'll never buy my succulents from anywhere else!

I bought these succulents as a gift for my sister. She wanted pink ones and I was so excited when I saw them online with you. However, none of them were as represented ( pink) and I was very disappointed. They were packed well and very healthy....but not at all as pictured.

Cute succulents. Bought 3 arrangements and gave 2 away as gifts. Fast shipping and packaged well. Unfortunately, one arrangement had soil that had fallen out into the box and the top layer of rocks were strewn everywhere. However, the succulents were intact. I kept that one. However, the other 2 arrived perfectly intact and I gave those away as gifts. Plants are of great quality and still surviving.
