More than what you pay for <3. This is my second LARGE order of succulents. I ordered a virility each time. To be honest I have a genuine issue trying not to buy every single selection they offer. I receive my little beauties always packaged so carefully and each one is always in a planter. This is extremely helpful because every single order seems to have babies or growths along with it. You get MORE than what you pay for with this company. I will continue using Mountain Crest. Btw my string of bananas is HUGE now. Thank you so much!!

I ordered several plants and all came in great condition except for one of them. The colors are beautiful on all the others, and they seem to be doing well. I was a little sad as one of them arrived waterlogged and more than half the plant died off since it was rotted. This was upsetting since I paid $25 for this one plant I had been wanting and now half of it is dead. I m hoping that it will pull through. Overall, a pretty good experience. I have ordered from here before and everything has been great, other than the one waterlogged plant this one time.

I absolutely love the quality of the plants. However, I ordered tetra cotta pots. One arrived broken and 2 arrived chipped. They replaced the broken one but I guess they didn t feel like the chipped pots were bad enough to send replacements/refund. It s ok though, I just won t order pots from here. The plants are too beautiful and healthy to let the pots incident keep me from ordering! And the deliveries always come quick!

This was my first order with Mountain Crest Gardens, I've always heard great things. When I opened my box, there was dirt everywhere and 2 of my plants were broke, but I reached out to customer service and they offered to return, replace or credit me for the damages. I was very happy with the rest of my order and how well they took care of me as a customer. I will be ordering again soon, thanks to my new obsession.

I had been admiring their stock on succulents for a while. I love how organized their website is and easy to navigate. I was able to find the difficult Ice plant so I ordered 2, an Echevaria and Ruby blush. Packaged with incredible care! Arrived thirsty just like I'd hoped. My Ruby Blush really plumped out beautifully and I will be ordering monthly from you guys now to fulfill my obsession. The outside of the box said one thing ( concerning watering ) and the pamphlet said another . Box said water as soon as you receive it and the pamphlet said when transplanting , wait 1 to 3 days . Maybe you should clarify that . Plants came shipped very secure and were in great condition . I'm sure I will order from you again .

I loved all of my beautiful succulents! They were packed with thought and care of each individual plant. Plants were all really healthy and definitely larger than I was expecting. I also ordered terracotta pots and saucers, but unfortunately I was short a saucer. Will definitely buy from them again, though!!!

I have ordered several times before and always received wonderfully healthy and beautiful looking plants. This time however, all except 1 were not healthy looking at all. Leaves were damaged and shriveled looking. Even now, a week later they are losing leaves and/or mushy feeling, particularly the lithops. I'm rather disappointed and I'm hoping I can save and bring these plants back to a healthy state.

Nothing like the pictures showed online....my cactus ( in the condition it is in) is something I would never have bought if I could have visually seen it in person....it is pretty much dead and I'm not thinking it can be saved..the other 2 plants are disappointing.. I am not satisfied..

I am a return customer. I'm always so pleased with what I order, and how very very well-packed everything is, whether it's pots or plants! My succs have always arrived in great condition (considering they travel across the Pacific), and look fresh and healthy. In my 3rd order, I bought some pots as well because of the cost, differing sizes, and appearance--was not disappointed :D I cannot find such a diverse selection of succs in my home state, and your website offers so many enticements! I also appreciate all of the tips for growing and caring for succulents-very helpful to this fledgling gardener.

Good selection, sometimes beaten on size and health, rootbound peat must be washed off
edit: forgot to mention the prices are very good, so you get what you pay for one can get that Korean import look at some other places, but you will pay much more MC makes many great varieties accessible that otherwise would be too expensive for some to get
