The sales team (Mike M & Ray D) were extremely responsive. I was very pleased that they help me explore the available lease and purchase options. I decided to go forward with purchasing a crew cab Silverado 1500. Mike was able to secure a loan for me through Bank of America that saved approximately $500 over the life of the loan when compared to my bank (Chase) quoted rate. I leased a Camaro 3 years ago and Mike & Ray help me that transaction. The overall experience in both deals was excellent.

I went to this showroom to check a used Chevy Camero last sunday. I was shocked at the careless attitude in this place. Considering its a sunday afternoon, I was not expecting a great service. I entered the place and talked to a receptionist, she asked us to wait. We kept on waiting while the receptionist left for home and I could see other sales consultants looking at us and moving. Finally,a sales guy came to us and asked if we were waiting for someone. I then express my disappointment, he listened and shows us the car. He showed the car and was least interested in making a deal. We liked the car and would have probably signed the deal if we got a test drive. We left the place after filling in a visitor form.
Considering how aggressive other showroom try to sell you a car, the showroom service is appalling. I have been visiting other showrooms and getting followup calls, while arroway doesnt seem to care.
I purchased a vehicle with this dealership on 1/25/2021. Had a few hiccups with my contract but the Dealer manager took care of the problem and rectified it within a few hours. I would defintely consider them for future purchases.....
The staff at Arroway are the best, totally professional, meticulous, careful and friendly. They are all these things, but much more, because they know what they are doing. The men behind the scenes doing all the actual checks and repairs are terrific. They know what the are doing, too! I stick with Chevy as my vehicle (I am on my third car) because of the Mount Kisco service department. As long as I am in the area, I won't go anywhere else.
I miss Joe but am glad he is enjoying his retirement. Gavin is the best! And I know Dennis will become a great friend, too.

Came in looking for a truck, and told them I wanted to buy asap. Was told they had something in the shop that would be great for me. I tried contacting them twice about it with no answer. then over a month later they call me to see if I was interested in buying a truck? By then I was in my new Ford. Thanks anyway.
My son was looking for a Camero and we found a white Camero on your lot. We also came across Mike who helped us out and answered all of our questions. Mike was excellent to deal with too and gave us a nice route to test drive the car. I would absolutely use Mike for my next vehicle too.

I'd love to put 0 stars but unfortunately Google doesn't allow that. Long story short, spoke numbers via email with details and specifics and all fees on the table. About 12 emails back and forth later I drive to the dealership to test drive the car and sign the papers. Bait and Switch. They tried to DOUBLE my payment and claim the the numbers in the email were a mistake. Interesting that after speaking numbers for multiple scenarios they happen to be a mistake after I am ready to sign the deal... They urged me that the new numbers, although double, were a great deal and if I didn't sign right away the car would be gone the next day. Extremely unprofessional. I've leased/purchased 6 vehicles in the last 4 years and never dealt with such unprofessional behavior. They must take their customers for idiots.
They are a very busy dealership gave me loaner for the 10 days my vehicle spent there. Was told it was ready went to pick up after 4th day. One of the things wrong still had same problem. They told me to leave it again after picking up on 6th day it was fixed. Thank God for the Loaner vehicle.
State inspection was swift and I was on my way.

Bait and switch. Was told I could have the repairs the vehicle needed done and they d refund me for them. Also told they knew they overcharged me for registration fees but found this tell for sure how much but would refund me that as well. Would also send me a key to have programmed, never sent the key and refused to pay for the lockout I had because they didn t send it and refused to pay program. Horrible service. Lies lies lies and they blamed me cuz it took me a year to complain. I did. Sent three letters and called several times but was never able to reach a manager and no one bothered to call back or course. They ended up refunding me Some of what was owed back to me, but refused to pay the rest. They owe me over $400. Claim the registration fees they had to Rush (took 30 days I don t think that s a rush, and why did they? And I never authorized that extra fee)

Lindsay was terrific throughout the whole experience of purchasing our new SRX from turning in the car we had til we drove away from the dealership. She was very knowledgeable about the features and explaining everything. All the paperwork was ready when we arrived and it was an efficient process, usually it is a long drawn out process but not at Arroway. The other really great way Arroway handled the transaction was Lindsay handled every aspect of the purchase which I liked. I would highly recommend Lindsay and Arroway.
Really good experience here. I actually had to get recall work done in the middle of the pandemic and the lady in service was kind and allowed me to drop off over the weekend to have my car serviced and picked up first thing Monday. Very decent people and my initial visit to purchase my car was excellent as well. This place is over 45 minutes from home but I wouldn t hesitate to go back when it s time to get into another vehicle based on my experiences with them.

Purchased a Truck was told the cup holder would be ordered and mailed to us the following week. Here we are a month later and still no cup holders for the center console in our Truck. Was also told the service manager had the second set of keys to our truck and later was told there was not a second set of keys for this truck and they would not give us a second set. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE DEALERSHIP BRED POSITIVE COMMENTS and they only wrote 1 review on their profile FOR THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Service manager was rude and sales person flat out lied about the accessories we were suppose to get. There are plenty of places to buy a great Chevrolet and Cadillac from, spend your hard earned dollars ELSEWHERE!!!

I will never bring my car in there again! I had a problem turned out the transmission. My insurance co got involved due to mechanical breakdown insurance coverage. All of a sudden this went wrong that went wrong this broke that broke. It went from a week to ten days to now two weeks and the problems keep coming and it s only five years old! The truck was fine until they realized they weren t getting enough out of me!!!!
I contacted this dealership on the 5/15 because I saw a vehicle on #Carfax and I was interested in purchasing the vehicle and had questions about some of Covid related deals I had been seeing. I reached back out on 5/20 to say I was ready to buy the vehicle in cash, later that evening the association I had been speaking with informed me the vehicle was sold and that it was old still listed on #carfax because it had not been picked up again. Today, 3 days later I see the car is still listed and according to #carfax the price was raised $948 today. This was a very unpleasant experience, from years of working in retail and running a small business I ve learned you don t turn down cash being given to you. I m truly disheartened by this experience. I m reaching out to other #Chevy dealerships.

Rudest service department I've ever had to deal with! I bought my brand new truck vehicle at Arroway in February. A few months later the truck was leaking oil all over my brand new driveway. After making an appointment to have the problem fixed I drove up to the dealership only to be told that they didn't have time that day, and that I'd have to wait another several days until they could fit it in. (Did I mention my truck with only 6000 miles on it was leaking oil?) I was told when I bought the truck that I'd be given priority within their service department because I purchased the vehicle at that dealership - What a load of crap!!! When I mentioned this to the service desk they made a snide remark about how it doesn't matter. Since I needed to to get the problem fixed I tried to make another appointment only to be told by a different staff member that I'd have to wait until next week because they were too busy. Again I mentioned what I was told about being given priority, this time the response simply being, "No, that doesn't matter." Arrowway Chevy's service department is the rudest and most difficult service department to deal with that I've ever experienced. Not only will their actions cause me to never give them my business again, but it will make me question buying a Chevy in the future. Save yourself a headache and go to a different dealer!
I was lowballed there. When I left a deposit with the salesman he did not write down my monthly payment on order receipt. When I went to take delivery of the car and went to back office to signed lease papers the payment was $5.60 higher than what I was quoted. I don't think I'll be back and not even for service.
Update. The salesman contacted me and I let him know about my issue. The dealership is refunding me the difference of my dispute. They redeemed themselves...now giving 4 stars. Also, the dealership is very well run. The proud you a loaner when needed. The girls in the office are please to deal with and very efficient. I will continue to do business there.
Wasn t very happy with the sales department. Seen an offer on a 2018 equinox. When I went in that deal was not the deal they were offering on site. They added a bunch of other charges that came up to an additional $3680 more than the online offer. Guess I should of known better but when I spoke to Anthony about the internet offer I was told that was told. This was my time that I had wasted. On top of that Gary from sales was rude! I told him the deal that I wanted ( the one offered online) I even agreed to another deal. When he came back he said enjoy the coffee but no . Didn t even shake my hand or looked at me. He went back to looking at his computer like I didn t exist! Was it because I was a young female? I knew what I wanted and I wasn t going to change my mind. I wanted deal offered online and wouldn t of mind paying more for it. But I m glad I didn t make a deal with someone that was so rude. I guess this is the way they treat people.

Too bad I wasn t able to close a deal at the dealership. I was looking to purchase a used vehicle. But we couldn t come to an agreement. I found them to be professional and straightforward and maybe I will try again in the future.
Quickest car leasing process i ever had. Everything went smoothly, paperwork was prepared and ready and car was prepped to go. Including test drive or 2 vehicles I may have spent a total of 4hrs at the dealership over 3 days which is pretty impressive. First day was just test drive and got to know salesman (Shane Williams) and options for car. Second day i popped in to the dealership to do paperwork just in case i decide to go through with purchase. Third day I picked up car. Would most certainly return here when this lease is over.

But everyone has upped their game. The lot is all cleaned up and organized, so there's parking! My sales experience was good but their Service Department is a completely different story. They are RUDE, SLOW and UNDERTRAINED... My husband was told that having a part replaced was UNDER WARRANTY (AFTER we had to have it replaced prior because it was faulty) only to find out that he was given incorrect information. Don t walk away from this dealer/Service Dept.... RUN!!!

Very disappointed. Went in on a Tuesday two weeks ago mid day with my husband and young son. Needed more room than our current X5 or former ML350 and were ready to close on a deal on an escalade or suburban since our lease was up in a matter of weeks. No one greeted us. Had to ask the receptionist who did not appear to have any interest in us for help. She asked one salesman to help us he shooed her off, she told us to wait someone finally came. Long story short he gave us no actual details on the vehicles even when pressed to distinguish between the suburban and escalade he told us to "take a look" at the interior. We had to leave before we could test drive so my son could nap. Asked him to call us with a quote and gave him my husbands card with all his contact info. Not a call or email since?! I may go out of my way to white plains to avoid this dealership since I am interested in the car. BMW much better service, Mercedes goldens bridge not as good as BMW but miles above this. This dealership couldn't be bothered with us.

Where to begin....lack of professionalism, communication, and definitely one of the dealer ships with the worst costumer service. Bought a brand new 2018 chevy 2500hd from the sales department, which by the way was the only god part of my visit here. Back to the point, i wanted to upgrade my vehicle with a remote start and tow mirrors. Im thinking great dealer ship they should be able to take care of it.... i was wrong. Could not obtain a specific price for the job. then they had to order different harnesses not once but twice. Finally the Job is complete....i could not get the mirrors to swivel, also something the shop foreman should of checked before handing me the truck. Now the parts manager finally gets involved, assures me his foreman is top notch and the best. Yet he installed parts that THEY broke......... previous to this i had seen three different plastics that i found in my back seat when i picked up the truck the first time it was DONE. I asked them to please make sure to install them where they belong and that my left door panel cover was loose. Kevin Feldman(service consultant) was going to make sure it got done and plastics were put back. Final day i get the car, mirrors work everything fine. I check the door panel its loose.. so i tell them it needs to be fixed before i leave. shop foreman takes out the panel.... i can now see 3 clips are broken and one of the metal clamps was missing( that was one of the clamps i found in my back seat the day before....(kevin made sure to me it was going to be put back where it belongs.......more like it got tossed in the garbage with the other two pieces) Since i last was in the office on October 26 and left with a broken panel that was ripped out by them(Which i have not received money for or a new one(I am sorry but i am not taking one off another truck on their lot, you broke it, and i believe i deserve a new one) AND the assumption the general manager was going to give me a call ASAP...........its now November 9TH. Maybe they forgot......Hopefully i can get this resolved before 2019
