When in Mount Kisco Chevrolet spoke with Kevin Feldman service advisor and mechanic told me my vehicle needed extensive work which would cost $2500-$3000 to rip apart my motor to fix because check engine light was on and a noise was coming from the car after
waiting for 2 hours of the service man that I thought went to school to learn about cars looking over my car. Scared me to death in thinking I bought a complete lemon to find out bringing my vehicle to another service station was what it needed and a oil change which cost me $20 because I had the oil. You think because it was a Chevrolet dealer and they service Chevy cars they know more about the car no they are the worst service station, ever had in my life. Don't t go to this place they are thieves and very easily would take your money and rip you off for every penny you ve got (GET A SECOND OPINION) You will be saving money. And I love their response how just because I didn t come in with a appointment and my mileage what a bunch of baloney 1st of all there should be technicians that have gone to school and that no the vehicle inside and out so please stop you are the owner you are trying to cover up the fact that their technicians don t know what they re talking about start nitpicking that s the best way to cover up yeah Chevy dealership ha ha Ha Your Services told me my motor should be ripped apart and that the cost would be $2500 -$3000 that s a big difference compared to not having an appointment and my mileage being at 13300 these are supposed to be knowledgeable professionals that s so crazy that you just wants to nitpick at stupid little items just to cover their path so they don t look stupid on the Internet hello get some senses instead of being on the Internet over here nitpicking every little situation during this horrific experience you should be sending those technicians for some more knowledge go to school

Fantastic car buying experience...

Stopped in on the way home from apple picking. Told Freddie (salesman) that we were interested in a Traverse and if he could give us a great deal, we'd buy the car that day.

Freddie took great care of us, put us on a test drive, got us a great price and did it all within an hour or so. Picked up the car on Monday and he walked us through all of the features and answered all of our questions.

I'd buy from Freddie and Mt. Kisco Chevy again in a heartbeat.

Wasted summer day at Kisco Chevrolet. "Yes their is wiggle room, it's a used vehicle". Arrive after a two + hour drive to only be offered $500 off after two boring hours of being there as the sales guy jumped between two other sales. Two sales guys between phone and text ensured the price was not firm. I ask realistically what numbers am I looking at, was told the vehicle wasn't even looked over to talk a price. Perhaps sales should be trained to be upfront not misleading. Manager agreed and said it was bad business on their end. Tip: don't post a vehicle and set appointments for it if the vehicle is not ready to sell. Don't waste someone's time with numbers if you aren't even serious about the deal. Selling $30k offered $27k no financing needed. Best you could do is $500 off. Dont have someone drive that distance knowingly. I was up front from the first phone call. Thanks for nothing.

I have been dealing with a recurring issue with my 6 month old 3500 High Country. The service manager Gavin has been doing everything possible to try to rectify the problem. Not only has he responded to my calls after hours but he will call me back immediately if he misses my call. As far as my dealership goes, they have been excellent. I own a Marine Transport Business and unfortunately I chose Chevrolet and to say the least this truck has been nothing but a disappointment. It is the most expensive pickup truck Chevy makes and I am sitting at the port of Baltimore in my 2006 Chevy because my 2020 doesn t work. From the steering to the several issues with the check engine light and all different codes this truck cost me lodging expenses and several trips. We are talking thousands of dollars. I have zero confidence in this truck and have brought it in way to many times and I would like something done about it.

Again the dealership has been great the truck sucks

Service Dept worked on my car, was overcharged and 2 months later had a similar issue come up and they still wanted to charge to look at the diagnostics. They do a horrible job and do not stand behind their work. Recommend going to Danbury to do anything Chevy related.

Having been a past customer purchasing a new Cadillac and repeatedly using the service department in the past, I checked the website and found a Silverado for sale that was exactly what I had been searching for. I entered an inquiry and was immediately contacted by Nicole DiCarlo in their internet department. I asked her to send me a copy of the window sticker but after 3 days and a couple of requests I still had not received it. I decided I should just go to the dealership and see the vehicle and get a trade in appraisal on my current Silverado so I contacted Nicole as I was driving there and she told me to see Rich Healey when I got there. Upon arriving I was greeted by Rich and walked over to his desk. As soon as I sat down Rich proceeded to tell me that they already had a deposit on this vehicle! But of course he would be happy to show me others. Give me a break, the oldest scam in the used car sales repitoire, bait and switch! I thought that went out as a sales tactic 20 years ago. Why didn't someone call me when I was on my way, they knew I was coming and they knew I had very limited time, but they didn't care. They thought I was going to buy their BS story. Sorry guys, been down this road before, not my first rodeo. Since I never got the window sticker copy after 3 days of asking for it, maybe there never was the Silverado that was advertised?!

I purchased a truck from Mt. Kisco Chevrolet this week. My sales person Mike Murphy was great. While he was on vacation he was able to locate the vehicle that I wanted, bring it in and have it all ready for me while also securing a great finance rate. I have dealt with another dealer closer to me, in the past but was not very happy. After Mike made this so easy I will only be dealing with Mt. Kisco Chevrolet in the future.

Did not make a good first impression....I came in with my husband to test drive a car, walked in, no one greeted us, or offered to help us. We had to ask if someone was available...one of the sales guys finally helped us, asked what our names were several times....he gets the keys for the vehicle and as we approach the car, he said we could take the car out on our own....made us feel like we were an inconvenience...and when my husband asked if we were, he said they had been very busy all day....I guess they were too busy for my business....great car, awful experience...

I've worked with Arroway for years and they took great care of my Saab's. Richie, the service manager always exceeded my expectations and all interactions with dealer personnel have been fantastic. Just what you would expect from a local automotive Icon !

UPDATE: The issue that the dealership claimed to have fixed has returned. Go somewhere that knows how to fix cars.

l called the service department to schedule an appointment. Because I had previously gone to another dealer, I told them exactly was wrong with the car.
I arrived to the dealership at my scheduled time and when I complained to the advisor that I have had nothing but problems with this car, he said (with an attitude himself) that I needed to have less of an attitude or he wouldn't work with me. I'm sorry that I made a mistake buying a Chevy but it is 2018 and reliable cars are expected nowadays.
As I spoke with the advisor, I was told that (before anyone had even looked at the car) that I would have to drop it off and come back in a few days.
I then asked for a rental that they don't have any available and that it would be another several weeks before I could get one.
Their schedulers need to better ask people about their possible rental needs because messing up the appointment meant that I lose another day of work to fix a Chevy ( up to 4 times in 7 months for a new car).

Spent an hour looking over Silverados and Tahoes. Not once did anyone even ask if we needed sales assistance.
That's OK. We went and bought a new Sierra elsewhere.
Guess where I won't be buying my new Tahoe?

It is my first diesel so I had plenty of questions & concerns but the service supervisor Vincent Laurita put me at ease. It is evident Mr Laurita is very knowledgeable about service and did not hesitate to take the time to explain and address my concerns. Outside my interaction with Mr Laurita the additional staff to include service writer Joseph Nuccio was also knowledgeable and courteous. In watching the staff interact with other customers it appeared Arroway Chevrolet of Mt Kisco is a well oiled machine with no drama or high pressured service sales techniques.

Having Kevin as your rep at Mt. kisco Chevy is a perfect match. He is understanding and answers all my questions. he explains the entire process for what was needed for the state inspection and the 40,000 mile checkup. it is a pleasure working with Kevin.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent experience I recently had at Mt. Kisco Chevrolet. I needed a repair on my car. The woman I spoke with in the service department was knowledgeable and helpful, suggesting alternative plans to accommodate my schedule. The day of service the service reap was helpful and friendly. Getting the loaner car was simple and easy, and I was lent a brand new car. I really was dreading the repair, expecting it to be an ordeal, and it turned out to be a pleasant experience!

Bought a Chevy Volt - great car. The buying experience was very good - what it should be. No undo pressure, no bouncing around from person to person, no attempt for needless upselling, and no wasting your time. when compared with other dealer experiences they easily earn 5 stars - may be 50.

Marty Gonda was wonderful, my husband bought a used 2010 HHR a few months ago & is very happy. I leased a 2013 Cruze & also are pleased. Since we both have been driving very old cars, mine was a 1988 chevy, we were like kids in a candy store. Marty was very patience with me explaining every thing twice, did I mention we are old also! I feel very comfortable in calling him for any advise on our cars. Valerie PalenMarty Gonda was wonderful, my husband bought a used 2010 HHR a few months ago & is very happy. Purchased a new Colorado from them 10 days ago, explained that I was deciding between a used one and a new one. They actually gave me a good price on a "new" Colorado, so I went with it. When I went to pick up the truck, after having paid the full purchase price, it turns out the truck had 5,103 miles on it. They were selling me a loaner truck as new. Never received an explanation or apology except the manager ACTUALLY saying, 'I didn't know it was a loaner' when refund was issued, reluctantly, 8 days later. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Be wary if you purchase from this dealership.

Extremely disappointed with the selling experience...

Extremely disappointed with the selling experience at the Mount Kisco Chevrolet dealership. Just started a lease on my new vehicle 2 months ago and I cant wait to be done with it so I don't have to deal with this dealership anymore.

For starters when me and my father went to go look at the vehicle and give it a test drive, we told the seller that we would be there on a specific date. When we got there the vehicle was not even on site to test drive, we understood and went to all other lots with the seller to look for the vehicle. When it was found it was in the last lot and we looked for an hour, then at that lot the gate was closed and we get the keys for the gate and come back, after we came back we open the gate and the vehicle was parked behind 2 other vehicles. So we did not get to test drive the vehicle that day. All was good an we weren't to upset because mistakes happen. We just wanted the vehicle and were really excited about it so we test drove it that weekend.

Later when we went back to purchase the vehicle we came with cash for the down deposit. They forgot to charge us for an extra accessory we got for the vehicle and when we reminded them about it and wanted to pay it off in cash someone that was not even our seller started to help handle the situation and sort of gave us an attitude for paying for it in cash. I personally got upset about that because we reminded them about charging us and we get an attitude for paying it in cash...

The final issue and our biggest is that they haven't sent us our bill for 2 months, my father enjoys having everything in order and we are upset that we are more worried about them getting their money then they are about getting their money. We keep on entering into contact with them and finally spoke to a manager, he said that he would take care of the situation last month and told us to call them at the start of November. I did and he said he would give me a call the next day. No call came in and I called them, told them to give me a call because now I'm upset that their has been so many issues dealing with them. The manager never gave me a call back and probably is dodging me, so I guess if they want their money they can come and find us.

Worst dealership experience my family has ever had and we have leased more than 8 vehicles for over 16 years. They won't seeing us again when our lease is up.

Bought my truck in for a a couple of different reasons. Was satisfied with part of the work performed. I also mentioned a clunking/ squeaking noise coming from the rear wheel area. When I got to the shop to pick up the vehicle the service manager told me the noise was from my hard cap I have on the truck. That wasn t the noise I was talking about. Had the guy come out so I could have him hear what I was talking about. He the service manager tells me to schedule another appointment he knows what the problem is. So, I call the next day and was nothing but a problem getting another appointment. Service manager ended up hanging up the phone on me. Totally unprofessional in my eyes.

This was the best truck buying experience I've had. Freddie Gonzalez is a true professional who was very helpful from the first minute I walked in to the Mt. Kisco Chevy dealership. Definitely not a pushy salesman, very patient and respectful of your budget! Paid attention to every detail I was looking for in my SILVERADO! He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him! If you need a CHEVY in your life CHECK FREDDIE G. OUT @ MT KISCO CHEVY!!!

This is the worst service department I've ever dealt with. They are rude and unprofessional. They never called me to keep me informed on the status of my vehicle. My vehicle has been there for a week and they told me the car was ready but that they had found no issues (It took them a week to find "nothing wrong" with the car). I am frustrated and very disappointed with their level of customer service. I love my caddy but I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealer just because of the way they treat their customers.

I had an absolutely great experience dealing with Mike Paglia. When I called in to ask about the truck I wanted, he was able to answer all my questions was very patient and respectful. Immediately had a great price ready for me and we got straight to getting the deal done. I was able to go in and close the deal next day. With everything going on Right now in 2020 they were also very cautious and clean. Mike also showed me where everything was located, and how to use everything in the truck. I would highly recommend Mike and the team at Mt. Kisco Chevrolet, truly a great experience dealing with them. Thankyou!

Buying/leasing a new vehicle can be a little nerve racking but thanks to Greg I had a very pleasant experience. Greg is an excellent sales person!!! He will go the extra mile to find you a good deal that you can afford. Greg is very sweet and intelligent guy he put me at ease from the very start, listened to what I was interested in and went about finding the right car for me. and I would recommend him to anyone that is nervous about buying a new car because I promise he'll take care of you and he'll make you believe that anything is possible. I'm very satisfied with my buying experience at arroway Chevrolet Cadillac!!

Your salesperson Lindsay Bello is fantastic! She listened to my needs and she provided sound advice. I was very confused about what to do when my Chevy Equinox lease was up. She walked me through my options and I was able to get into a new vehicle with the Lease Pull Ahead Program. Lindsay is professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I love my new Trailblazer LT!

Best damn service department. Went out of their way to get my car fixed, even had to get creative finding parts. Gavin is the man you want, I called him 3 times a day to check status and he never was anything but helpful and polite. Only issue is that they don't have enough loaner cars.

The WORST. They made an appointment with me telling me they had the specific vehicle I wanted. Got there and would have had better service as a walk in. No one knew we were coming. The vehicle was not there, and, 20 minutes later they brought another model put and told me "well, they drive the same."
Completely wasted my time.

Lindsay is an excellent salesperson. This was our third vehicle in three years with her and she always quick, extremely responsive, and takes care of us with a great deal. The work she does for us is very much appreciated!

I don't even know where to start with this one. So many parts of this experience were bad. Some were partially my fault too. There was some misinformation and I feel like that was partially my fault too for not asking enough questions. It was their fault that they made us come back to the dealership because they didn't finish paperwork. It was also their fault that they switched our license plates. We brought them the license plate that we were going to be using for this new car. About four months later, when it was time to renew the registration on our other car, I came to realize that they somehow switched our license plates and two of our cars were registered under the same license plate, and not even the license plate that we brought to the dealership! Confused? So, were we. You may be thinking how did we not catch this? I guess it was because we brought them the license plate we wanted to use so we didn't even think to check the registration. I guess that part was also our fault, but we trusted them. If you do decide to go here, I would just say be very careful and check everything. Everything!
